Dr. Russo is a Board-certified, Harvard-trained Plastic Surgeon in the Boston area. His private practice in Boston, MA has been running since 1991 and has evolved into a full-service surgical and cosmetic center. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). With a passion for both surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic treatment options, he is considered a national leader in the medical aesthetics industry and reigns as a Top 5 Allergan® account and Top 20 Merz® account.

When he’s not seeing patients, Boston plastic surgeon Dr. Russo dedicates his time educating and supporting other medical professionals in the art, science, practice, and business of medical aesthetics. He opened his school, formerly known as Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts - now Aesthetic Mentor, in 2013, where he and his educating staff teach doctors, NP’s, and nurses injectables such as Botox Cosmetic, and Juvederm® dermal filler. The school has locations in Waltham, MA and Glastonbury, CT.

Dr. Russo also supervises Medical Aesthetics Associates (MAA), the most elite, compliant practice of nurse providers in Massachusetts, and is building his national brand Aesthetic Mentor™ to share his knowledge and support others in the medical aesthetics industry.

Dr. Russo Boston plastic surgeon, performs small surgeries out of his Newton office, and also at Milton Hospital. He is also the Medical Director for several area spas and salons, and he oversees a group of nurse injectors who work as independent employees.
