Dr. Lowery is a fellowship-trained, cosmetic surgeon, and a diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. After graduating from Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Lowery went on to complete a rotating internship for one year and then spent 4 years training at Grandview Medical Center in general surgery, where he was chief resident in 2004-05. Dr. Lowery worked as an attending general surgeon for 5 years. In 2009, he completed an advanced, one year accredited Cosmetic Surgery fellowship, training program through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery where he trained under internationally known Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Robert F. Jackson.

Dr. Lowery is a previous member of the Board of Trustees for the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, an honor reserved only for those who have met rigorous requirements for training and peer review and who specialize in cosmetic surgery. He has also been Past President of the Indiana Osteopathic Association and is a past member of the Board of Trustees for this organization.

Dr. Lowery is a native of Fishers Indiana and feels indebted to give back to the Hamilton County community. He is currently a medical staff member at St. Vincent and Community hospital systems. Dr. Lowery is also a faculty member for the Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine. As a cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Lowery regularly lectures on cosmetic surgery topics, both locally and nationally.

Dr. Lowery’s surgical skill, artistic talent, and reputation for providing exceptional patient care extend beyond the Indianapolis community. Dr. Lowery regularly has patients that travel from Chicago, Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and throughout the U.S. to have their procedures performed by him.
