Dr. Mark Sisco combines a lifelong passion for medicine with a refined sense of aesthetic harmony as a board-certified plastic surgeon in the North Shore area. Dr. Sisco’s impressive educational background and professional accomplishments are unsurpassed among North Shore plastic surgeons. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Columbia University, Dr. Sisco earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He remained at Northwestern to complete a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency, where he served as administrative chief resident.

Dr. Sisco then honed his expertise in reconstructive breast surgery and microsurgery through a fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, working alongside some of the world’s leading oncologists and surgeons.

I had double mastectomy 3 years ago. The reconstructive surgery was completed after my chemotherapy was completed. Dr. Sisco did an outstanding job. I am so happy with the results. I look and feel good. His staff was supportive and took good care of me. The reconstruction of the nipple was painless and looks great. I would recommend Dr. Sisco to anyone.

Dr Sisco did both a breast reduction and a tummy tuck with a great deal of lipo 4 years ago. Still ecstatic with my results!!

I found Dr Sisco to be a very skilled surgeon in breast reconstruction. Mine was a bit more difficult as I had a reconstruction of the left breast after radical mastectomy, a nipple tattoo and a lift of the right breast to create semitry. Dr. Sisco has been an integral part of my breast cancer journey and return to “normalcy.” Over the past year, from diagnosis through various reconstruction surgeries, he has been a stellar support, an absolute professional, and an innately talented surgeon.
