Dr. James Gardner, MD,is a pioneer in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. After his premedical education at Stanford University and Medical School training at UCLA School of Medicine, he began performing cosmetic procedures as a research associate at UCLA Department of Dermatology in 1986. After completing postgraduate work at UCSF, he was one of the first physicians in California to use Botox and hyaluronic fillers, implanted bioidentical hormone pellets, perform cosmetic laser procedures, and to offer orthopedic regenerative joint, ligament, and tendon injections with PRP and umbilical cord-derived stem cells. Although he is no longer accepting new primary care patients, Dr. Gardner has been on the front lines of general, internal medicine for decades, and offers comprehensive health assessments for those with complicated conditions to help guide their diagnostic work-up and treatment program.

Dr. Gardner believes in a holistic approach to every patient, and has authored three books on emotional well-being that are available through Amazon books. His cosmetic and regenerative medicine practice emphasizes natural, healthy, and minimalist approach to looking and feeling great for your age. Over the years, he has taught many physicians cosmetic and regenerative procedures, and has served as a clinical instructor at Stanford and UCSF Schools of Medicine.
