Dr. Huettner and her entire team are absolutely exceptional. From the initial visit to my post-operative care, I felt completely confident in their expertise.My resluts are beyond what I could have hoped for, and the entire experience with this team was truly positive. I highly recommend Dr. Huettner to anyone seeking out standing care. She is a gifted surgeon.

I did gender-affirming top surgery (bilateral reduction) with Dr. Huettner. I was so nervous during my initial consult that I actually started crying. I felt mildly embarrassed, but Dr. Huettner was incredibly understanding, it felt like I was talking to a therapist in addition to a skilled surgeon. She was caring, she listened well, she was well aware of gender-affirming care standards, and made a lot of space for my fears and uncertainty. After my consult in Nov 2023, I would take another seven months to commit, finally having my surgery in June 2024. I have a history of PTSD and was very anxious the whole time. I also came to my gender/sexuality later in life, so the whole process was a very emotional one for me. Every time we spoke, Dr. Huettner exhibited the same patience and sensitivity, and did not make me feel weird for having so much anxiety around the process. Dr. Huettner also gave me the impression of being someone who genuinely cares about the art of what she does. She's very thorough in explaining her thought process, she takes pride in her work, and she's collaborative in hearing your input as a patient. Her office sends out post-op guidelines but also invites feedback to learn from what was helpful for a patient, and I find that very reassuring that they are willing to learn from patients. I filed a PPO waiver with my insurance to get the procedure approved, and Dr. Huettner's office helped with all the required documentation. After surgery, Dr. Huettner recommended a lymphatic drainage PT, which was so so so helpful. The professional PT helped me get reacquainted with my body in a way that felt safe, increasing my confidence with each visit. I am now 3 months post-op and back to my regular gym routine. :D If there's one thing I could have told my pre-op self, I would say, DO IT SOONER!!!!! This surgery with Dr. Huettner changed my life. My partner, who saw me through the entire process, is now considering it for themselves too.

The decision wasn't easy. After meeting with Dr. Huettner and explaining the whole breast reduction process, I felt very pleased and confident. She was the only one who took the time to finalize my decision. I had seen previous surgeons, but again Dr. Huettner and her team made this life changing journey possible. Dr Huettner was AMAZING. She is very experienced and knows exactly what she is doing. I was VERY nervous to have my procedure , but she made me feel so comfortable and is always available when you have any questions. She lets you know exactly how you will feel after the procedure and is very honest about what can/will happen. The way of contacting her is so easy and simple on Klara. Any questions you have , Dr Huettner will answer and she is VERY patient, unlike many drs who are uninterested/rushing while answering questions. Teena was also amazing through this process as well (front desk assistant). She was always checking up to make sure I had all forms filled out and organized for when I was having the procedure and can also answer any questions you have. She also shared her experience of her procedure with me that she had a while ago which made me feel better about it. Overall, Dr Huettner was very supportive and understanding of my feelings and made me feel 100% safe in her hands. I’m so glad she did my procedure. I look amazing and it’s only been 3 days. If you are interested in having any type of procedure, I’d recommend Dr Huettner in a heartbeat ! I had my post op appt with her today and she removed my dressing and put new ones on and was very gentle and understanding of my pain. I felt nothing at all during this process. I’m so happy with my final results and I can only imagine how I’ll feel in a few months when fully healed. Thank you so much Dr.Huettner!

Dr Huettner and her staff are incredibly kind, professional, and efficient and I can’t recommend them enough. I’m very happy with my pre-op interactions with her office - they made the scheduling process so easy and answered all of my many questions promptly and clearly. My surgery went so smoothly and I’m very very pleased with the results. I still feel very taken care of by Dr Huettner’s staff a few weeks post-op. I’ve already recommended her services to close friends and will continue to do so.
