Thomas Wright, FAVLS, M.D. is a board-certified liposuction doctor who has been performing cosmetic procedures for over ten years. He was trained in liposuction by the inventor of tumescent liposuction, Dr. Jeffrey Klein. A member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Thomas Wright was voted by his peers one of St. Louis Magazine’s TOP DOCS in 2009 and 2010.
Dr. Wright graduated from the University of Missouri School of Medicine and was a member of the medical honors society Alpha Omega Alpha. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Mar 25, 2024I had such a great experience! Every step of the way, the nurses and Dr were very personable, knowledgeable, and always made you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone looking to have liposuction done.

Oct 6, 2023Omg upon meeting Amanda I felt very comfortable with her! She was patient and knowledgeable and kind! She took time to answer my questions and she even continued to answer my questions via email! Then I met Dr Wright! He has a warm friendly boyish charm about him that I instantly loved! He was kind and extremely knowledgeable! He told me the truth about what he could do for me! I felt very comfortable with him the moment I met him! He was very confident he could give me results and what I could expect, while not making me any promises! Well, I totally feel as though I got way more than he told me I could get! I was and still am very very happy and pleased with my results! All I can say is WOW! Thanks Dr Wright for your kindness knowledge and honesty!

Nov 16, 2022High recommend Dr. Wright and his staff! The nurses were so welcoming and comforting throughout my entire procedure. This whole team made my surgery experience easy and enjoyable. Dr Wright spent almost an hour with me answering questions & giving me knowledge on my recent diagnosis with Lymphedema & lipedema. At one point I got emotional & he even gave me a hug. He really cares about his patients & wants to make a difference in their health journey. I am scheduled for my first surgery with him in April & I feel extremely comfortable with his ability & skills. His staff was wonderful & compassionate. I felt very comfortable & cared for.
