The best surgeon of all time. Dr. Wong corrected a surgery that was done by an Ivy League trained ENT on the east coast. Would recommend Dr. Wong to all my family members.

I brought my dad here for his appointment. We parked in the visitor parking structure along Dawn Way. The structure was pretty tight and packed at 9:30 am....

Dr Wong was rude and dismissive. He didn't seem to have much care for me as a patient and when I asked questions he seemed to be belittling me. I also was charged a ludicrous amount of money for him to just put a Q-tip in my nose. Would not recommend!

I saw Eva Larson, PA for roughly 15 minutes and revived a diagnosis of aural migraines. This was really ridiculous -- I had never had migraines in my life....

As I've heard from individuals who sought medical attention with Dr. Wong, their experiences have raised substantial concerns about his professionalism and empathy. Reports of extensive wait times, coupled with his dismissive attitude upon entering the room, suggest a troubling disregard for patients' time and concerns. There have been accounts of Dr. Wong displaying a lack of understanding and empathy towards individuals with a history of drug use. His sweeping generalizations and derogatory comments not only create a hostile environment but also question his ability to provide unbiased and comprehensive medical care. In reported consultations, Dr. Wong's intrusive and judgmental lectures about past drug use, even in cases of long-term sobriety, reflect an unprofessional approach and raise doubts about his capacity to separate personal judgments from medical considerations. Additionally, attempts to silence patients during these discussions further contribute to an already distressing experience. Post-visit interactions have also been a cause for concern. Reports indicate that Dr. Wong's late-night contact from a blocked number, without offering a sincere apology, seems more focused on damage control than genuine patient well-being. Such behavior erodes trust and underscores the need for substantial improvements in Dr. Wong's professional conduct and patient communication. It is my sincere hope that Dr. Wong takes this feedback seriously, initiating a reevaluation of his approach to patient care and fostering an environment that prioritizes respect, understanding, and effective medical assistance.

I waited over an hour to see Dr. Wong. He came in, started complaining about his schedule, saw that I was there for a sinus issue due to past drug use and said I was the third addict he had seen that day and he felt like a “garbage man.” After basically calling me garbage, he lectured me about how bad drugs are (like I don’t know that. I’ve been sober for years) and held his hand up to shush me every time I tried to speak. When I told him I had to leave (because he made me wait so long) he got angry and said I should’ve “blocked off my whole day for him.” When I left him a bad review, he called me from a blocked number at almost 9 PM to “check in because I was crying during our appointment.” He didn’t apologize, just said he was a “really direct person” and was obviously trying to do damage control after seeing my bad review. I have filed a complaint.

Dr. Wong took the time out to make an appointment and diagnose me with my nasal problem. He then proposed treatment and showed me prior results. It was very informative and he seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being.
