Dr. Conderman is double-board certified by both the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. His practice is unique in that he focuses on plastic and reconstructive procedures of the face, head and neck.

Dr. Conderman specializes in primary and revision rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation procedures including face and neck lift, upper and lower eyelid surgery, facial reconstruction following skin cancer excision and non-invasive cosmetic procedures of the face and neck.

Dr. Conderman is originally from Kansas and spent a large portion of his youth in Germany. He returned to Kansas and completed his undergraduate and medical studies at the University of Kansas. While in medical school, he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He subsequently completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery in Southern California at the University of California-Irvine Medical Center.

After his residency training, he went on to complete a fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, where he trained with world-renowned facial plastic surgeon Dr. Russell Kridel at the University of Texas – Health Science Center at Houston.

Dr Conderman is an excellent surgeon! He corrected my deviated septum and did some other procedures that have helped improve my breathing 100 percent. I’m very grateful that Dr Conderman is such a skilled doctor and that he did such an outstanding job for me. Thank you! The office staff is great too. Very attentive and helpful.

Because of frequent headaches and trouble breathing (and after a few attempts over time to address this by taking antibiotics for sinus infection and taking allergy medicine that helped some, but not much), I was referred to Dr. Conderman. Dr Conderman diagnosed a deviated septum and concha bullosa (pockets of air inside the conchae), which he walked me through on the CT scan. We discussed the surgery option (septorhinoplasty with turbinate reduction), risks and expected benefits, and I decided to go ahead with the surgery. I am extremely happy with the decision and with the results - Dr. Conderman has done a fantastic job correcting my breathing issues - now a couple of months after the surgery, it’s night and day difference - I can breathe so much better, have not had any headaches since the surgery - now can breathe through both sides of the nose, and the nose is not always stuffed as before.

Wonderful experience with sleep issues related to a broken nose (broken 10 years ago). Dr. Conderman set expectations for outward changes, aftercare, how long it would take for swelling to go down, as well as the level of pain and how long it would last. Every visit, Dr. Conderman spent a good deal of time with me to evaluate my issues, as well as talk me through everything. The office is friendly, helpful, and definitely added to the experience. I would post pictures, but there is really no outward changes to my nose. All the changes are on the inside. So many improvements from his expert care, including an added two hours of sleep each evening, better breathing, as well as increased oxygen during exercise. I am so glad I found Dr. Conderman via another ENT. I highly recommend Dr. Conderman for your ENT/surgical needs.

Dr Conderman is great! I came in with a broken nose and not able to breathe for over 2 weeks. Dr Conderman was able to answer all of my questions regards to my injury and logistics in the easies language and was able to get me a surgery within 2 days after the first appointment. He work with speed, efficiency and deliver high quality work. Now its been a week since the surgery. I begin to feel better with my nose. Highly recommend as it is not the easiest to find doctor around here.

Dr. Conderman is a great Dr. and I highly recommend him. I’ve recently had a sinus surgery through Sutter Gould in Stockton Ca with Dr. Conderman, the surgery was a complete success I started feeling so much better and so much healthier right after the surgery, the recovery was very easy to get through with very minimal to no pain. I’m very thankful to Dr. Conderman for the procedure he recommended.
