I chose Dr. Basson’s practice after seeing ads for LaserLift and believing it was a trustworthy place. I now deeply regret that decision. Dr. Basson told me I was not a candidate for LaserLift, and instead recommended a lower face and neck lift with supplemental liposuction, followed by DOT therapy for facial wrinkles. Unfortunately, the results have been devastating. My neck, jowls, and lower cheeks look the same—or worse. After the liposuction, my skin began to sag more, not less. When I raised these concerns, Dr. Basson told me fillers were now the only option to fix my face. The DOT therapy caused serious complications, including lower eyelid retraction. I ended up with a corneal abrasion and infection and had to see multiple ophthalmologists. Over a year later, I’m still experiencing eye issues, including chronic dry eye that requires me to use drops and gel four or more times a day. My under-eye area becomes red or even a deep purple when irritated, which is often. The area around my mouth also looks distorted. Wrinkling and jowl sagging make my face look uneven. My skin has become so thin and reactive that even bending over to brush my teeth or wash my face makes it turn red. This experience has changed my life for the worse. I no longer feel comfortable doing things I used to enjoy—even something like getting a massage. I’m constantly afraid of how much worse my face and neck might look as time goes on. While I’d like to fix the issues with my eyes and mouth, I’m now too afraid to trust another provider. I’m sharing this because I want others to be cautious when considering procedures like LaserLift or any treatments offered by Dr. Basson. In my experience, there was no real concern for the outcome of my procedures—only a sales pitch. Please do your research and seek multiple opinions before making such an important decision.

I came in to see Ashley for lip filler and I was so nervous and she was amazing, so gentle, and she calmly talked me through the whole process. Her calm demeanor really helped my nerves and she was very professional. 10/10 will do it again!

I love Dr. Kinal !!!!!!He is the-best best surgeon ever. I come all the way from Jacksonville to Orlando and he gave me a beautiful tummy tuck and my breast look pretty good too. I also want to give a heads up to MJ his assistant who I couldn’t ask for a better person to come along side of me. She helped me through this whole procedure and all my office visits with such a warm welcoming that I felt like she was my best friend! She is amazing too!

I waited 4 months post op to write this review. I had facelift procedure i look the exact same. I waited to heal, I followed the post op instructions and nothing changed. Hands fat transferred, marionette lines fat transferred and lazerlift facial lifting? I look the same nothing changed. Fat transferred, accordingto hi. It was absorbedby my own body. I’m upset I should’ve spent my money somewhere else. My experience was terrible. Spent money prepping and fajas. Just a waste of money. $14,000. They saw the results and said that I look better, I asked to compare photos, didn't own nothing. Neither returned one penny.
