Second time coming for a hydrofacial and I love my results. There are closer location to my home but I refuse to go to any other place. I do not trust my face with just anyone

I visited this med spa and was very uncomfortable with the way services were presented. They had three people in a room with me while trying to sell me the treatment. I’m used to Botox being charged per unit, which is transparent and allows you to know exactly what you’re paying for. Here, they insisted on charging per area and would not give me a clear answer about how many units they would use. After pressing, it turned out to be about 35 units for $500 — significantly higher than the $12–13/unit I’ve consistently paid elsewhere. I also asked about Dysport and was told it wasn’t less concentrated than Botox, which is misleading since Dysport and Botox are measured differently and require conversion to compare fairly. The lack of transparency, combined with the sales pressure, felt untrustworthy and unprofessional. I ultimately chose to leave without treatment. Patients deserve clear, honest information about what’s being injected into their faces and exactly how much it costs. This was an extremely uncomfortable environment Additionally, I had gone to this establishment for a quote on an augmentation -mastopexy and ultimately decided to go to elsewhere Because upon research I found Dr. Richard Buckley was not a board certified plastic surgeon. I ultimately went to a board certified plastic surgeon in Paramus, NJ who provided me with exactly what I needed with detailed information regarding WHY along with a surgical care team (with an anesthesiologist) and it was a similar price to what MilfordMD tried to charge without the knowledge and expertise required for such invasive procedures! I advise others to please do your research when doing such critical and serious procedures to your face and body.

It's such a calming space. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. I got the hydro facial with red light therapy and my skin continues to look better each day. My technician and I spoke about many services they offer and she gave me great suggestions for the things I was interested in. We also had a fun time talking about celebrities and the things they get done. It was a fun and relaxing experience. I definitely recommend them!

I recently had a facial done by Kate (their Esthetician) and I will be going back for my future facials. I had the Deluxe Hydrafacial and she helped renew my skin. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She never made me feel rushed and her credibility guarantees me as her returning patient.

So far, it’s been a wonderful experience at Milford MD! Kate has been incredibly supportive and has guided me every step of the way through both my under-eye filler and HydraFacial treatments. Dr. Marina Buckley has also been fantastic—attentive, understanding, and truly considerate of my current needs and future concerns regarding my under-eye area. I’m very much looking forward to my next appointment!
