Dr. Daniel M. Tkach specializes in both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. After completing residencies in general surgery and plastic surgery in Detroit, Dr. Tkach moved to Paducah in 1994 where he has been in continuous practice. Dr. Tkach is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Tkach places a strong emphasis on individualizing treatment plans for each patient, recognizing everyone’s unique circumstances, needs, and expectations. He does this by making sure to allocate enough time to each patient to carefully define goals and realistic expectations.

Apr 22, 2024I had breast augmentation done almost a year ago and I couldn't be more happy with them. Dr. Tkach and Ingrid were so great. They answered any questions and concerns I had and made me feel at ease about my decision. Very professional and personable. If I ever decide to have any more procedures done this is definitely the place I will go!!

Sep 12, 2022I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Tkach and am currently on my 3rd week post op and very happy with the results! The pressure on my back is already subsiding and I’m excited to fit in new clothes! Ingrid was so sweet and made me feel confident throughout the entire process. the nurses were extremely comforting the day of my surgery despite how nervous I felt. I’m glad this is the office I chose!

Nov 28, 2018Well I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Tkach and Ingrid while checking out at Kohl’s in Paducah last week... reminded me just how inconsiderate this man is as I watched an elderly lady with them trying to check out and saw the aggravation he was having with her difficulties figuring out what to do!!! We had made eye contact in which afterward he tried to avoid that happening again!!
He then got a phone call and walked away... then returned to checkout area and obviously was at more dismay.
I then overheard him say to Ingrid... we’ll insurance is going up again!!! Lol
Guess someone else must have gotten BOTCHED BY KTACH...
I am still trying having laser treatments at Dr. Ballert’s office 3 years after paying this man for a facelift that left an awful scar on the side of my face after he did not have the wisdom or chose not acknowledge the horrible infection caused by his negligence!
I privately asked this man for a partial refund for his services... he immediately contacted his insurer and they played me until the statute of limitations was up!
And of course no attorney I contacted once I realized that his Lawyers had completed “there investigations”and of course their conclusion was he had done nothing wrong! “
