Dr. Murphy is double board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
Focused in both cosmetic facial plastic surgery and reconstruction of the face after skin cancer surgery or facial trauma, Dr. Murphy is a respected and skilled surgeon. In addition to his distinguished education, he was chosen from over 40 candidates for one of the most coveted fellowship programs offered under the direction of Calvin M. Johnson, Jr., MD at Tulane University. This prestigious fellowship is sanctioned by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Jun 27, 2023I can't say enough good things about Dr. Murphy and his staff. He is so kind and gentle and has the best bedside manner. He is along for the journey with you (his words!) for whatever procedure you're having done and makes sure you're feeling good and happy with ample follow up (which is amazing and makes you feel much more settled). His office staff is also incredible - you feel like part of the family when you walk in. Everyone is so kind and you can tell it's a great environment to work in. I will never go to anyone else for anything facial related that I want done!

Oct 3, 2022Dr. Mark Murphy is knowledgeable and dedicated to details. His pleasant demeanor and artistic approach of each and every individual preferences of his patients is consistently apparent. It is important to him that your procedure is what YOU want, but never, ever compromises his patients’ health and well-being. I take him seriously, and he takes me seriously, but he always makes me feel happy and well appreciated. Going to his office is always a happy, pleasant experience, with no stress, thanks also, to his amazing staff. If you want plastic facial surgery, do your homework, but make sure that includes meeting Dr. Mark Murphy! It will be the smartest thing you do in this journey. I am so pleased!

Aug 26, 2022I have had 6 facial surgery consults and by far I was most impressed with Dr. Murphy and his entire staff. From the moment I walked into his office I felt I was welcome and Dr. Murphy saw me immediately for my consultation. Dr. Murphy presented what his course of action would be for my face, which did not include some of the other procedures other surgeons had recommended, of which I was grateful. From pre-op to post surgery my experience has been remarkable and I’m so grateful that I chose Dr. Murphy to preform this surgery. One of the deciding factors in choosing him was that Dr. Murphy only does facial surgery. Also after being with him and his staff that first visit I knew this was the place I wanted to be. I am very pleased with my results. And my friends are very impressed with my results as well. Thank you Dr.Murphy and all the fabulous ladies that make up his staff. You will not be sorry if you chose this team.

Apr 22, 2021There are not enough compliments in the world that begin to summarize how amazing Dr. Murphy and his staff are! When it comes to facial plastic surgery it is extremely important to feel beyond comfortable and confident in your surgeon. After my educated search process to find the BEST doctor for a Rhinoplasty it was clear to me that Dr. Murphy was the only way to go. His staff was so professional and helpful before even stepping foot into the office. After my first in person consult with Dr. Murphy I knew I didn’t need to look any further, he listened to my wants and needs and gave his professional opinion which aligned with everything I had in mind and was also extremely caring and funny. I left that appointment with such excitement and joy after booking my surgery! Surgery was an absolute breeze, once again...his whole staff went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and quite honestly I didn’t have many because they were so informative they had already answered basically everything! I am now going on 7 weeks post op and am speechless with how much I love my results! It was a wonderful experience in every way possible and I will miss going into the beautiful office for follow ups!!
