Didn't have positive results. The deviated septum was not corrected after surgery and was left with air pocket on my left nosotro, Dr. Lipan refused to listen to my concerns and dished me on his way out of the room.

Never got to see a doctor! Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, with paperwork already completed as it was emailed to me days before my appointment since I was a new patient. I was told on the phone a WEEK before my appointment that as long as I brought in the completed new patient paperwork, I did not need to arrive 20 minutes early. But I was still there 10 minutes before my appointment. I then sat there, and sat there, and sat there….and watched SEVEN people be taken in before me, 5 of who arrived AFTER me. Finally went to the receptionist after 55 minutes past my appointment time. One receptionist wouldn’t acknowledge me because she was on the phone, and the other one refused my polite request, TWICE, to reschedule my appointment, just telling me to keep waiting. I politely said thanks but no thanks after a THIRD REQUEST to simply reschedule, and she just wouldn’t do it. So I left. Never seen by a doctor. Never received a call after leaving to even attempt to reschedule. Also HIGHLY concerned that masks aren’t required, not on patients, not even the staff I saw through the open door, including a doctor and nurses/PA who were not in masks. Y’all know Covid is still a thing, right????? And I’m supposed to drop my mask for an ENT exam with an unmasked doctor, who’s obviously seeing unmasked patients??? Dr. Lipan came recommended, pretty highly, but his staff, and the no mask policy to be honest, pretty much ruined it. As they say, your front office staff can make or break a business. The doctors might be great, but when your staff isn’t, and your wait time is long…and your staff doesn’t care and tries to hold you there with NO options to reschedule, leaving was the best decision. My time is valuable too, and an hour wait past my appointment time isn’t acceptable. Especially when 7 patients were seen and I was still left sitting there. There are only 2 doctors there, so I’m pretty sure those 7 people were not all seen by only one of them. I was just ignored. I’m in desperate need of an ENT specialist, but I will keep looking.

It is my pleasure to leave a 5 star review for Dr. Lipan. He took such incredible care of my daughter when she had mono last year, and now I see him for cosmetic services. He has a wonderful bedside manner and artistic eye. His assistant Gina is a wonderful.

Dr. Lipan is an angel on earth. He is very knowledgeable about his work. In 2020 he did my ballon sinuplasty and removed a skin tag from my head. The surgery was a great success. Dr. Lipan has great bed side manners and shows genuine empathy to his patients. In 2022 I lost my insurance and was suffering from terrible post nasal drip and badly needed medical care. Dr. Lipan saw me, offered me a discount and waived the charge for the scope when he learnt that I no longer had insurance and that I was low on cash. I couldn’t thank him enough for his kindness. He immediately knew what was causing my illness and prescribed the perfect medication for my condition. Within 2 days the post nasal drip was completely gone, my allergies got better and my acid reflux that inflamed my throat improved significantly. Dr. Lipan is heaven sent.

I had a balloon sinuplasty procedure with another "top" otolaryngologist in the area about 3 years ago. Had major scar tissue and my problem was not really fixed... that doctor seemed to only care about $$$ than his "patients." I decided to look into a new otolaryngologist and came across Dr. Lipan. From the moment I had my first appointment with him until my last appointment recently... its been an amazing experience. Dr. Lipan is very personable, caring and wants to make sure you are happy with his work. Very different experience my second time around with the balloon sinuplasty procedure. Every time I had an appointment, Dr. Lipan remembered the conversations we had previously even if it was weeks later. This goes a long way and shows his character. I CAN BREATHE AGAIN!!! this is probably the best feeling in the world when you have lived with breathing issues for over 15 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR LIPAN AND HIS STAFF!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
