Dr. McAllister is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in the art of aesthetic plastic surgery. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology at the Florida State University and went on to complete medical school at the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. After an internship in the SUMMA Health System at Western Reserve Hospital, Dr. McAllister completed a general surgery residency in the SUMMA Health System in the Akron/Cleveland, Ohio area. During Dr. McAllister’s surgical residency training, he was honored with several awards. The Ohio University Outstanding Resident Award, Chief General Surgery Resident of Western Reserve Hospital, and the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Research and Education Scientific Paper Award to name a few.

I have had injections done by Dr McAllister and he was very personable and I loved my results. Recently, I lost over 120 lbs and called to inquire about his max BMI. I am at 32BMI and wanted to see his max BMI is so I could schedule a consultation. Most surgeons are at 31 and I am oh so close! I was told I needed to loose an additional 20-25lbs by the office manager which would put me at a BMI of 29. Which sucks, because I really like him. I will be having plastics in Orlando now. Just wanted to put his BMI requirement out there, as I couldn’t find it on his website.

I would put zero stars if that was an option. My first time getting Botox with Karen Tayes in my 11s and upper forehead (roughly 20+ units), that I had to go back TWICE for with zero results both times and paying the pretty penny of $400 — Never refunded and never was given a solution to resolve this issue in getting the results I paid for. Will absolutely never go back and never recommend to any of my friends who are wanting this treatment. Very disappointing.
