Absolutely bomb service! Such an easy and smooth process. Dr. Ortega and his staff made things so much more comfortable for me with this being my first surgery. I had a breast reduction and he literally made them perfect and did exactly what I wanted/asked for. I will be coming to him in the future for any other surgeries I need. I couldn’t have asked for better!!! If you’re looking at this, get that surgery!! I’m so grateful and thankful for you Dr.Ortega, I appreciate everything you and your staff have done for me❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ you guys changed my life!

I had my consult in December. I was told that my information would be submitted to insurance, and they would have me in the beginning of the new year. I have called several times to check in and they had not sent my info yet. February 19 was the last time I called. I was told it would be submitted that day. The February call was a nice young lady, but previous calls were a young lady with an attitude. It is now March, and no update. Communication could use some work for sure. Dr. Ortega is polite, kind, and understanding in the consultation. I am wildly frustrated with the lack of communication since this is not just a cosmetic procedure for me. I have 11 herniated discs, stenosis in my neck & lumbar areas. This is a much needed procedure for additional pain relief. I am losing hope that I will ever get the call. 3 months and nothing submitted. No contact unless I initiated it. I don’t even know what to think or do anymore. I understand they are busy, but this feels punitive.

I'd love to give a review of Dr Ortega's work but according to the receptionist it'll be "maybe a few months" until they even ask the insurance company if they'll cover it. Absolutely pathetic communication on their part and the front staff are incredibly unprofessional on every visit. I'd skip this place.

Dr Ortega and Bella are amazing humans, first and foremost!!! Those two went above and beyond for me and my daughter to help me through this process!!! I lost 389lbs , which left me with lose hanging skin, I was getting rashes and pain from that, I went for consult, then there was a process of insurance and that went decent!! I feel and look like a new human!!!
