After years of debating whether or not to have the procedure, I decided on getting adominoplasty/lipo with Dr. Kesler. The whole staff is super welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I will say when I tried to return for another procedure, my experience was not the same. My husband got me a gift certificate in 2023 (after the above procedure). I booked a sciton laser in January of 2024 for September. They suggested I push it back to January of 2025 so I would be out of sun. I took all medications the week of. Upon arriving, I took anxiety meds, tylenol, Ibuprofen, and sat with numbing cream on my face for an hour. Before starting, they realized i had a small cold sore and said they could not do the procedure. I was a little upset because I took a week off of work (and own a business), but I get it. Better to be safe than sorry. It took a bit, but I got rescheduled to the end of March. They mentioned that it was a little close to spring, but that was when I was available to take another week off of work. Fast forward to today.. they called and said the doctor was going to be out for surgery and needed to cancel. Totally understandable, things happen.. but they did not offer to reschedule again, just cancelled it and offered me a refund. Which I thought was strange. They did refer me to someone else, but if I was interested in going elsewhere, I would've just done that a year ago instead of getting pushed back 3 times.

Dr. Dalagiannis is disingenuous, unethical, and lacks the concept of accountability. Long story short, after 2-3 consultations with his office staff and Dalagiannis we had come up with a plan / surgery to fix my nerve issues. After surgery I was ecstatic that I no longer had to deal with my nerve issues, I was wrong. The surgery Dalagiannis performed was NOT the agreed upon surgery and did NOTHING to remedy my nerve issues, I was not informed of this until AFTER the surgery. Afterwards I had a post-op appointment with Dalagiannis where he repeatedly stated that he'd informed me the original surgery was not what we had agreed upon. Unfortunately for him all of the paperwork submitted to insurance was void of any information related to "this surgery" which is concrete evidence he's a liar. The icing on the cake is that afterwards he informed me that he does not do the surgery required to fix my nerve issues that we originally agreed upon and was on paper. Dalagiannis is either utterly incompetent or was shooting for insurance fraud which involved surgery on an individual KNOWING it would not help. This man has no morals or ethics and should be stripped of his medical license. Dalagiannis will lie to you, deceive you, and treat you like you're an idiot. Some people aren't stupid Dalagiannis, it's sad you lack the awareness to think people won't notice. For anyone reading, my insurance company wiped any and all bills related to this doctors office / surgery, that should tell you something.

Dr. Kesler, Monique, and everyone in the Arrowhead office are so uplifting and friendly. I got an ear pinning surgery, known as an otoplasty, in December of last year. I got my consultation/surgery at 19, which seems intimidating, but Dr. Kesler and Monique were very supportive. At my consultation, Dr. Kesler explained how he would perform the surgery, the different ways the surgery is performed, and how recovery would look. He wrote down a lot of information and encouraged me to do my own research to truly understand the procedure. I was given a very transparent break down of where my money was going (My surgery costed $8,995 total) thanks to Dawn who books surgeries and handles payments. There was very broad availability for surgery and had the option to book a surgery as soon as 4 weeks from my consultation. They also show you before and afters of the procedure you’re doing to give you an idea of results. The recovery was amazing and only had discomfort the day after surgery. You have to wear a headband 6-8 weeks after surgery, no heavy lifting, no working out, and you should avoid getting pretty close with people (hugging was definitely something I would avoid). I’ve gained so much confidence since this surgery, but Dr. Kesler and everyone in the office was so uplifting before AND after surgery. They really focus on natural results and are so intentional. I never wear my hair down now and feel like a whole new person since my surgery. I found Dr. Kesler through amazing reviews and my hope is that someone reads this review and chooses to book a consultation with him for any cosmetic procedures!

Had a terrible experience with Dr Kessler and Erin. I went to Erin NP because i trusted her opinion. i used to work for arrowhead for a very short time so i also trusted dr kessler. Erin recommended surgery for a bump i had on my face that would not heal. i said "well is there anything else i can do?" (because i didnt want surgery) and she said "no..if you wait itll just get bigger." said it could be a cyst under the skin or basal cells. Dr kessler doesnt see me until theyre prepping me for this. He doesnt remember who i am at all. I ask him if he really thinks this is necessary and he says oh yes it could be basal cells and "at my age" i dont want that on my face. Fast forward, i go back for the follow up. Erins not there. his nurse Monique doesnt see me.. Dr Kessler barely talks to me and the medical assistant is the only one who actually talked to me. Dr kessler said the results came back and it's just a form of dermatitis. The scar is huge. way bigger than the original mark on my face. i did everything the MA said for aftercare. it still looks awful. in dr kesslers note it literally says "discussed non surgical options with patient but she decided to go through with the surgery" which is such a lie. making this review so others dont make the same mistake trusting them. this huge scar all for "a form of dermatitis"

Dr. Kessler was one of the most knowledgeable and genuine surgeons, doctors, or medical personnel that I've had any experience with. My wife had a surgery on her finger and it was the smoothest experience. The staff in the office and surgical suites were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and considerate, while exhibiting stellar bedside manner! My wife has had an incredibly bad history in hospitals and was wildly uncomfortable, but they put her and myself at ease and made us feel as if the surgery was commonplace. Thank you to all of the staff! We truly appreciate you!
