Don’t go there. They nickel and dime you and overcharge you for not doing much on a visit. I went for a consultation for rhinoplasty and they charged me $150 for that. I was fine with that charge. When I was there I let the nurse know that I also had had trouble breathing my whole life and whether that is a separate issue that would need to be addressed and whether surgery for that was needed too. They put this spray up my nose so the doctor could see inside my nose better. It turns out I had an allergic reaction to it as it made me sneeze for 6 hours straight afterwards. I was panicking, I called the clinic and talked to the nurse and she told me to give it time. 6 hours of uncontrollable sneezing, watery eyes and runny nose! I then get a bill for $213 in addition to the plastic surgery consultation cost of $150. I have no idea what I was charged for besides the doctor looking up my nose and giving me something I’m allergic to. I called to dispute the charge and billing just told me to basically pay it. I said I don’t think that’s a fair charge given the doctor didn’t do anything related to my breathing besides look up my nose and tell me here is the cost of the surgery. I’m so frustrated by their lack of care or customer service. They just want to suck you dry and take your money before they even do any surgery. Let alone the cost of the surgeries! I’m definitely not trusting my face to them!

I had a consultation appointment. Paid $100 consult fee. Was the. Told since I’m a referral from Realself that the consultation is free so they refunded the $100. HOWEVER, they then billed my insurance for over $500 for an “ exam “ .. Ofcourse the insurance is not paying this and Dr.Paquet is asking me to pay this because the consultation is free but the visit is not ??? What ?? They have now sent me to collections over this … I’m disgusted by their billing practice and would never trust a doctor with such terrible ethics !

The best experience with Dr. Paquet & team! I injured the right side of my nose while playing with my dog (embarrassing). Urgent Care confirmed it was fractured, with a deviated septum and slight (but obvious to me) deformation. After much research, I called their front office - knowing this was a timely matter they got me in the same week. After the consultation, Dr Paquet recommended a Closed Nasal Reduction to pop the bone back out and scheduled me for surgery the next week to ensure it would be done within 14 days. This was my first surgery, so I was very nervous but his team was warm and tender throughout the entire experience. Cece & Sarah were my nurses - they really took the time to make sure I was okay and checked on me frequently while I waited. Dr Paquet (Anesthesiologist) came in with a smile and made sure all my questions were answered and calmed my fears. Tasha and Jeffrey prepped me and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. And last but not least, Dr Paquet (Surgeon) made sure I was ready to roll and then had me out in 16 minutes! It's now one week later and I couldn't be happier. My nose is exactly how it was before. 11/10 experience!

This post is way overdue. I went to Dr. Paquet in need to be able to breathe. I had massive tonsils that were keeping me unhealthy for most of my life but they had become worse in the 5 months prior to my tonsillectomy. I was on Antibiotics every month until I finally had them removed by Dr. Paquet in March 2022. During the time of getting the tonsillectomy I figured I would as well fix my deviated septum and have the rest of my issues in my nose taken care of so I could fully breathe through it again. I hadn’t been able to breathe properly through my nose in years. I also wanted a bit of cosmetic surgery done to my nose and Paquet was able to give me the exact look I desired. As I knew the tonsillectomy would be the hardest to recover from, I am thrilled to say I have my life back. I’m able to breathe and resume a healthier life than before my surgery. Even when I needed extra attention to my sinus with a balloon sinuplasty, Paquet and his team were amazing with me. I cannot thank him and his team (especially Monica) enough for answering all my questions, paying close attention to my needs and helping me live life by being able to BREATHE! Dr. Paquet is an amazing and unique ENT and Plastic Surgeon. THANK YOU so much Dr. Paquet and Staff.

If you want to use the best doctor around, Dr. Paquet is the right choice. It's taken me 39 years to finally get something done about my nose's deviated septum that blocked it off entirely. I went to Valley ENT - Dr. McKenna who recommend Dr. Paquet and I am very thankful for it. I can finally breathe on my left side. The surgery was scary as it was my first, but miss Dr. Paquet put me to ease being the aesthetician (a husband and wife team). I wish I wouldn't have waited so long, but it was definitely worth the wait for surgery. Once you meet him, you'll be impressed. He knows what he is doing and isn't afraid to tell you what he can or cannot do.
