I am a 2nd time breast cancer survivor. My second diagnosis meant I would need a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. Dr. Ali Mosharrafa and the entire staff at Mosharrafa Plastic Surgery not only offered me superior care, but really helped to put me at ease about everything I was facing. Words can not express the professionalism, expertise and care I had. To anyone who is facing breast reconstruction, look no further. I will never forget the day before my double mastectomy. Dr. Ali looked me in the eyes and very seriously but compassionately said "You are at the beginning of a long journey." Let me say that I am almost 1 year from that day. Without a doubt it was a journey. But he and his office helped me navigate step by step. And here I am, almost at the end of that long road, getting ready to merge back on to the highway of my life. Dream experience, from initial call to schedule my consult, to post op appointments. Dr. Ali performed a breast augmentation on me in August. I went from A/B to C/D; he perfectly identified the right size for me based on an in-depth consultation where we discussed many size and look options, as well as what would be best for my lifestyle. I was welcomed back prior to surgery to try on implant 'sizers' and, when asked, the female staff provided insight on their own breast aug experiences. Each employee served as a valuable resource and I felt supported throughout the entire process. Dr Ali, as well as all the office personnel, are consummate professionals and easy to speak with. Dr Ali is an excellent surgeon and I look forward to referring everyone I know to his office. I truly cannot think of anything I would change about my experience. Equally important is the relationship with the scheduling manager, Amanda, who also answered my numerous questions via email, phone and in person. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, I felt reassured that this was the right place for me. Do not discount the value of high-quality and friendly office personnel! You will notice the difference if you speak with enough plastic surgeon offices -- I certainly did! Additionally, I worked with Ali and Rori on a skincare regimen and look forward to being a recurring customer. Finally, the anesthesiologist (Dr Cavanaugh), surgical staff and nurses (Cassie and Sarah(?)) were a calming, professional influence the day-of surgery. This was my first 'major' surgery and therefor I was rather nervous morning-of. However I am pleased to say that I could not have dreamed of a better experience.

I was so nervous when I first signed up for this adventure but the staff was amazing! They eased any uncertainties I had and they always remember me when I come in. They don't just say "oh hello" they address me by my first name and we converse. Dr. Ali Mosharrafa is such a great Dr. He made me feel very at home and comfortable.

My experience with Dr. Mosharrafa and all the staff at the office was wonderful! I had breast augmentation done 2.5 years ago and my left implant ended up deflating. I did my research on this site and decided to drive out from LA to Phoenix and SO happy I did! Amanda was amazing to work with from the start being that I dont even live in Phoenix. As far as recovery and the results, I literally had no pain after surgery and LOVE the result!!!! Definitely recommend Dr. Ali Mosharrafa!

I highly recommend Dr Ali Mosharrafa for your plastic surgery needs. His office staff is friendly and facilities are extremely clean. I love that the surgery center is in the same place as his office. I was extremely satisfied with the results of my breast augmentation.
