Dr. Daiza attended Xavier College Preparatory followed by Arizona State University. Dr. Daiza earned her medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, a distinction awarded to only the top 10% of the medical school graduating class. She completed a 5 year rigorous general surgery residency program at the Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency. She completed her plastic surgery training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and because of her desire to excel in everything she does, Dr. Daiza then completed a 1 year cosmetic surgery fellowship with Charlotte Plastic Surgery where she trained with some of the leading plastic surgeons in the country. Her training focused on cosmetic surgery of the breast, body and face.

Dr. Daiza’s practice philosophy is to provide the safest, highest quality of medical care in a warm and caring environment while delivering the most natural appearing results. Dr. Daiza does not believe in “factory like” surgery and instead has a “boutique style” practice where every patient is treated with the most personalized care and attention. In fact, Dr. Daiza gives her personal cell phone number to all patients so that they may feel comfortable reaching her at any time. She feels that it is a privilege to be chosen to become such an important part of her patient’s lives and to be able to create such positive long term changes for them. Her patients become like family and she enjoys the long term follow ups with them. Dr. Daiza sees every patient from the initial consultation to the pre op visit and all post op visits thereafter. Her patients enjoy her warm and caring bedside manner and find her easy to communicate with. “It’s about making my patients feel comfortable. They chose me to make permanent, positive changes to their bodies and I feel that they should feel comfortable with me. I really enjoy getting to know my patients. They become part of my family and I plan on providing them with lifelong care once they are part of my practice”, says Dr. Daiza.

Dr. Daiza moved to Scottsdale before she was a year old and has lived in Scottsdale for most of her life. Dr. Daiza is the founder of the Plastic Surgery Center of Scottsdale, conveniently located in North Scottsdale/North Phoenix on Scottsdale Road and Loop 101.
