Dr. Jacobsen and his staff were very professional while dealing with repairing a wound opening due to a Mohs surgery. Dr. was very thorough and allowed me to ask as many questions that I had. He was a very gentle spirited person, very knowledgeable, and had a very steady hand. Surgery happened in a reasonable time with minimal pain or discomfort. His care instructions were very thorough. This review reflects my experience with Dr. J and his staff. I first consulted Dr. J for breast implants several years ago and was very pleased with the results. I recently revisited Dr. J for an enhancement procedure to build upon the original outcome. I am extremely happy with the results of my new implants. Dr. J is a consummate professional and his staff are extremely friendly and professional.

I can’t say enough about my entire experience with Dr J and his team. We were visiting from Canada where I had been trying to get on for even a consult with a surgeon for months. I got in to see him quickly and had surgery scheduled for days later. He made me feel so completely at ease within minutes at the consult and it went up from there. So happy with my procedure and the job he did. Awesome all around

From the moment my mother was diagnosed with Stage 0 melanoma on February 17th, 2025, we knew time was of the essence. Her dermatologist emphasized the importance of swift surgical removal, ideally within two weeks. Feeling a sense of urgency, we reached out to Dr. Jacobsen's office via text on February 18th at approximately 11:00 AM. To our immense relief, the response was immediate and incredibly compassionate. They listened attentively to our concerns, requested the necessary medical documents, and scheduled an appointment for my mother to see Dr. Jacobson at 2:00 PM that very afternoon. We were already deeply grateful for such prompt attention, anticipating a consultation and surgery scheduling. However, Dr. Jacobsen went above and beyond our expectations. He performed the surgical removal of the melanoma during that very appointment! We were absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude. This level of responsiveness and decisive action was truly extraordinary. A few days later, the pathology report revealed a few remaining cancer cells, but the margins were reassuringly clear. This confirmed the wisdom of Dr. Jacobsen's swift action. We are profoundly thankful that we acted quickly, and even more so that we found such an exceptional surgeon. Dr. Jacobsen and his entire staff are truly remarkable. Their professionalism, empathy, and efficiency are unparalleled. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for their outstanding care. They turned a moment of anxiety into one of immense relief and hope. Thank you, Dr. Jacobsen, and thank you to your incredible team!

My experience with Dr J and his entire staff was top notch. I wasn’t nervous about anything regarding the surgery but they displayed such a warm, welcoming environment that made my experience that much more amazing. I’m still healing and have been in communication with Dr J and his office with any questions I have, no matter how minute. They are always quick to respond and answer any question I have.
