I saw them for my annual. Asked about my hair issue. Got told to send over lab results and if all ok they'd order me meds. They got the results all ok. Instead of ordering me the meds they told me I had to come back in the office. Just to collect from insurance. I emailed them to ask why I needed to come back in and advised I didn't have the co pay and would they still see me. I got no reply so I went. They would not see me without my copay. Strikes. #1 got lied to by Dr saying they'd order the meds once they got my blood work. #2 I emailed them to inquire why I had to come back and that I wouldn't have the copay that day and they failed to respond which caused a wasted trip #3 when at the apt the front desk said she called the office mgrv at fox chapel and was told they could not see me without the copay and when I left there I called the office Mgr at fox chapel who told me she was never contacted so they lied to me #4 the office Mgr told me that I was given a wrong email address #5 I got told by the office Mgr they could not find my blood work I emailed them but yet the office confirmed for me that they had it earlier. Just sad what medical is coming too. It's not about the patient anymore. No one was mean or rude to me . But I can see they only care about 1 thing. I just switched my family of 5 to them as our dermatologist closed after many years. Guess I will be looking for another place........ so to comment on the owners reply to me. Which needed editing. I was not asking for their to be no co pay I was simply asking to be billed and yes a lot of my Dr's bill me. I also have a dr who waives their co pay because they feel so strongly that I continue to see them. The money was not thy big issue or was so much the 5 items I posted which none of those were mentioned in your reply to me. Lying. Mislead. Non responsive. Uncaring. .ty

After struggling with my weight for years, I decided it was time to address the areas that lifestyle changes couldn’t fix. I’d seen Dr. Golla’s spa and even had minor cosmetic procedures done there, so I scheduled a consultation for more extensive work. My first surgery, a small liposuction, went well, so I decided to move on to a thigh lift to address the loss of elasticity in my thighs. Dr. Golla informed me of the risks, including the likelihood of wound complications, which unfortunately happened. Despite this, he provided various treatments, but in hindsight, a wound vac might have been more effective. Though the wounds eventually healed, the results were disappointing—visible lumps, scarring, and persistent pain in my left thigh. I was reassured this was normal, but my instincts told me otherwise. Compounding this, I experienced a pulmonary embolism during recovery, a traumatic event that shifted my priorities. Living over two hours away made in-person visits difficult, and despite sending photos and messages, I felt increasingly dismissed and gaslighted. Now, over two years later, my thighs are in worse condition than ever. I am left with severe scarring, painful lumps, and a disfigured appearance. Seeking a second opinion, I consulted a highly reviewed plastic surgeon in my new area. He was appalled by the outdated incision method used by Dr. Golla, which he had stopped performing over a decade ago due to poor results. He confirmed that the painful bumps are permanent sutures and advised against any further surgery due to the fragility of my skin. My goal was to feel confident in a swimsuit, but now that dream feels unreachable. If you value your appearance, mental health, and overall well-being, I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Golla. Learn from my experience and choose a surgeon with a better reputation.

I was referred to Dr Golla for wound care following surgery. Dr Golla is friendly and professional. The office runs smoothly and I don’t have a wait in the waiting room as they always take me back at my scheduled appointment time which I appreciate. The nurse practitioner, Lauren, is also very friendly and she did a great job on my procedure in the office. There was no pain at all. She is very responsive to questions and provided detailed education on my wound care. They also seem to utilize cutting edge treatments such as collagen powder and biologics to facilitate quicker wound healing. I would recommend this provider.

I met with Dr. Worry for acne and he was amazing and then I met with Dr. Golla for a consultation and he was honest, professional, and kind. He does not try to sell you on anything and only suggests what is actually needed. I have my procedures scheduled for November :)

So far I've only had a consultation appointment. All of the office staff were very friendly and Dr. Golla made me feel very comfortable. He was very thorough explaining the surgery, and answered all my questions.

They cancelled on me 3 times now. They called and want to move appointment once again. As if I'm not busy. This is now annoying. Never will I go there. Ever.
