Dr. Walker is amazing - I don't even live in Dallas anymore and I fly in for my appointments. She's the best!

I tried to contact her on the website and by email but both failed so I unfortunately have to leave a review and hope she sees this attempt. Despite her poor communication lately, I rated her 3 stars because she was nice when I saw her last year. I used ZocDoc last year to make an appointment with her but I don't think she accepts appointments there anymore. If that's the case, she should take her services off of ZocDoc. She declined my first appointment request with no follow-up message, then I rescheduled to today only to arrive to my appointment today and see her office is closed. I shouldn't have trusted that I had an appointment and called first. Truly, that is my mistake. It's clearly difficult to schedule with her so I'll find a new doctor.

Been here over an hour to be seen . My appointment was at 1pm got here about 15 mins late due to couldn’t find parking in this place. Called them to let them know I was coming in late. They’ve let all these other women go in before me . Asked front person why I’m not being called and was told oh it’s because you were late and they are getting ultrasounds 😩😡 wow they should have said something from the beginning. Last time I’ll be coming here. Always had a bad vibe about this office.

I was excited about seeing Dr. Walker today. Used my PTO, completed online check-in, brought current medications, and got the appointment confirmation text message yesterday. When I arrived at the office, which took 40 minutes, the lights were off. Front desk person helped me reach someone who repeatedly told me that Dr. Walker isn’t available because today is her surgery day. The person proceeded to try rescheduling. Sometimes, learning to say sorry or at least empathizing on behalf of the organization goes a long way. You’re part of the organization who didn’t fix the scheduling issue, causing the patient a loss. Hospitals are so eager to bill you, but they don’t take responsibility for their own mistakes. What a shame.

I’ve always enjoyed my visits with Dr Walker but had a visit with Amber Johnson today. Not only do we have the same name and are both from Louisiana, but she made me feel so comfortable and talked me through my exam. She is a great addition to the team! Please let her know she is valued and appreciated.
