Stuart Lipton, M.D. is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He has refined cosmetic plastic surgery techniques while performing thousands of plastic surgery procedures, both cosmetic and reconstructive, over the years.

Dr. Lipton started his education at Johns Hopkins University, graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He began his pursuit of aesthetic medicine when he accepted a residency position in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. During that period, Dr. Lipton also worked in the Anatomy Department teaching students and participating in research. He completed his training and became board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

His training in plastic surgery continued at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City. At the University of Oklahoma, he completed his general surgery residency within three years. He continued his training at the University of Oklahoma as a Resident in Plastic Surgery. After completion of his Plastic Surgery residency and other ABPS requirements, he became certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Lipton has been practicing Plastic Surgery in the Dallas metroplex since the 90’s. He has served as Chief of Surgery at Medical City Hospital, Denton (a Dallas metro suburb), and currently maintains surgery privileges at Medical City Hospital, Lewisville (Dallas metro) and Texas Health Presbyterian, Flower Mound (Dallas suburb).

Dr. Lipton teamed up with Dr. Roberts in 2015 to care for Dr. Roberts’ patients who were looking to improve the appearance of areas other than the face. Dr. Lipton specializes in body plastic surgery at Roberts Cosmetic Surgery. Like Dr. Roberts, Dr. Lipton takes additional time on his procedures to help optimize results. Dr. Lipton performs each procedure from start to finish himself.

Not only is Dr. Lipton an accomplished plastic surgeon, he has an easy, down to earth personality which patients love. Outside of practice, Dr. Lipton focuses on family where his primary interests, besides plastic surgery, revolve around his children’s activities even as they have become young adults. Over the years, he has coached basketball and helped coach soccer, as well as teaching Sunday School.
