Dr. Streu earned her Masters in Science and Medical Degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine. At St Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, she completed her general surgery training. During her surgical training, Dr. Streu spent a year as a research fellow at the University of Michigan in the Section of Plastic Surgery.

After completing her training as a general surgeon, she became board certified in general surgery. She then pursued her training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Streu has published many abstracts, papers, and book chapters that reflect her scholarly activities. Dr. Streu enjoys cultivating relationships with her patients and is committed to their satisfaction throughout their journey in achieving their goals.

Dr. R. Streu is very professional and attentive to needs. I am very pleased with my results, compared to pre-surgery! 3 months now, scar tissue is surprisingly more than expected, but considering what was done, only time will tell! Biggest distraction is her nursing assistant, her attitude and attention to her job leaves lots to be desired. But, I didn't pay for her services.

Everything I needed to know was answer and explain to me. Before I decide I have one more appointment somewhere else then I choose who was more helpful and experienced to perform my breast reduction surgery . This for me is a once in a lifetime procedure I want to be 100% satisfied with my results. I waited 40 years it has to be perfect.

I had a breast reduction and tummy tuck. Dr. Streu, and everyone at the Waldorf Center are amazing. I'm so pleased with my results and experience. My results are way better than I expected. I am from Eugene and decided to make the trips to Portland and am so happy with my decision. I would absolutely recommend her!
