It was one of the worst experiences of my life!!! When I arrived for my $7,000.00 eyelift surgery, I had to use the restroom, the nurse sent me out of the office and down the hall, the second time I had to use the restroom before the surgery, she let me use the one in the office and then ask me, if I was incontinent and told me that I couldn't pee in the chair. I was horrified, but figured that the doctor would be more professional and make me feel at ease, Dr. Tower didn't make me feel any better, it was like I was next in line for surgical practice. It took Dr. Tower less than an hour to do, what he told me would be 1 1/2 hour procedure and he was done by 10am, I know because I looked at my phone immediately after. The eyelift is bad, I've got lots of scarring especially on the right eye. When I shower my eyes gets water in them and they feel and look awful. When I went in for my stitches to be removed I went into a panic attack before I got into the building. The nurse escorted me to the exam room and then he popped in for a minute and said they were fine, well they are not fine and this journey is not stopping here. I waited 2 months to write this review in hopes that my eyes would look better. Then there would have only been the unprofessional behavior from the nurse the doctor. I'm a business woman and I've had to miss meetings and other functions because of his careless, rushed work. :( The photos below are after the surgery!

I have been going to Dr Towers Practice in the Pearl District for many Years and have never been disappointed. From the Ladies at the front desk to the nurses and aestheticians they are all kind and great at their jobs. I pop in with my friends for hydro facials every couple of months, and my skin glows for days after. I’ve had micro-needling done by the excellent Nurse Tara. I’ve had Botox - Halo - and an Eye Lift by Dr Towers himself, I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else.

I have received nine micro-needling sessions with Tara Collins, RN. She has always been a consummate professional, welcoming, and accommodating to my needs. The treatment has always resulted in a lot of benefits, and I plan to continue coming once a year for needling. Each time, I have some specific requests, and she always accommodates and makes me feel like my requests are normal. On my last visit, I was provided a facial by Melanie Vorvick. It was a great experience and I am certain I will be requesting a facial from her soon. She was very knowledgeable, and it was easy to speak with her about skincare. The treatment was excellent, and the advice on skincare has been working out great too. As mentioned, I have had a lot of appointments, and sometimes appointments had to be rescheduled and shuffled around. The front office staff has always been easy to communicate with and very helpful in the scheduling process. They are also very welcoming when I arrive, and a pleasure to interact with as get calendars and payments in order.

Dr. Tower is the best in his profession, second to none. I have been to a few other places and can honestly say I have the utmost trust and respect for his skills and practice. I finally know what a real surgeon is and how they treat their clients. Casey, Tara, and Kelly are great. True professionals, courteous, knowledgeable, and as attentive to your needs as Dr. Tower. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Not only do they deserve more than 5 stars, but I would like to give them 5 thumbs up as well. 👍 👍👍👍👍
