Dr Fetter has a good practice going, however he cant see whats going on when he's out or in surgery...His female staff should have cameras on them ...talk...

Dr. Fetter was professional and a great listener. He put me at ease during my consultation which could have been embarrassing for an older modest woman like me. My breast reduction took over three hours but I was well taken care of. Tri City Surgical Center was an excellent facility with wonderful staff. Dr. Fetter's staff were outstanding also. My surgery turned out even better than I had imagined. Little pain, mostly discomfort for around two weeks. There was some concern about one nipple but God used Dr. Fetter to turn that around. I have no regrets about going through this surgery. Only wish I had done it when I was younger where I could have been free from all the problems associated with large droppy breast. It's amazing how such a surgery can improve one's quality of life. Thank you Dr. Fetter and Staff.

Upon spending an exorbitant amount of money (if I remember correctly $8,750) for my wife’s Tummy Tuck, she is very dissatisfied. Dr. Fetters’ surgery left two big bulges on each side of her stomach - not contoured/smoothed at all into her body. Dr. Fetters said he would “fix” the bulges, but wanted to charge us another $750 to do so. Thinking he should make the correction at no extra cost & having little faith in the results, we decided against it. It is now going to cost another exorbitant amount of money ($4,250) for a very “respectable” Phoenix Plastic/Reconstructive Surgeon to correct Dr. Fetters’ work/mistakes. While my wife was healing & before we knew the final results of her surgery, Dr. Fetters said he could improve the looks of 2 small scars on my nose; all the while me stressing to him to be sure before he proceeded. After he tried 3 times to make the scars look better (always having an excuse as to why he was having a hard time correcting them) they ended up looking much worse. I was so embarrassed about how they looked, I refused to attend my 45th H.S. reunion. I wish I’d have never listened to him & left them alone. They looked much better before he touched them. As a result, I’m also now going to the same Phoenix Surgeon as my wife to fix Dr. Fetters’ failure; going to take a few surgeries & already looks much better after just the first one. After discussing our dissatisfaction with others in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area (to include medical professionals who provided additional avenues in which to complain if we wish to do so), we now know of his poor reputation. If we’d have only known, we’d have saved a ton of money & would have never went to him. I must admit he removed a small mole from my cheek and did a good job on that very minor surgery. In addition, he has a nice personality & his staff is very, nice & professional. However, we would absolutely not recommend him for ANY TYPE of fine skilled cosmetic surgeries! ADDITIONAL NOTE: We have been to a ton of doctors & I have never once posted a complaint in my 63 years of life!

Let me start with stating that the staff alone in this practice are amazing. They all listened and answered every question I had. They validated all of my concerns and explained everything that I needed to understand about my surgery. They felt more like friends by the time of my surgery, very compassionate ladies. Dr. Fetter, I was so scared to come in to my consultation, but he immediately made me feel comfortable. Very professional and kind hearted. He was upfront with me and gave me options that would work best with my body type. Walking out of that consultation, I felt confident in my decision with getting my surgery and no longer felt alone in the process. He listened to me and what I wanted and gave me honest responses. The day of my surgery, the staff was so generous and really made me feel comfortable. I was not nervous at all. Dr. Fetter and his staff are absolutely great, I would give ten stars if I could. My results were everything that I could have imagined and more. Thank you Advanced Plastic Surgery!

a very pleasant person and very qualified doctor in my opinion who seems caring and informative. while the surgery was relatively minor I was very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend him too my friends

My experience with Dr. Fetter and his staff was not what I had expected at all. I manage a medical office here in Prescott and have worked in the healthcare community here for 12 years. I have read and heard mixed reviews about Dr. Fetter's work, and most of them were great reviews and recommendations from patients who had the same procedures I was considering. Still, I went to my initial consultation extremely nervous. I had never had a consultation for something like this before, and it isn't the easiest thing to stand completely naked in front of strangers and talk about the things I dislike most about my body. Dr. Fetter's staff were all very friendly to me and made me very comfortable. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Fetter's bedside manner. He actively listened to me and addressed my concerns and options in great detail. I definitely feel comfortable moving forward with him as my surgeon and I think his staff deserves a huge pat on the back for making my initial experience a good one!!
