I believe confidence has a ripple effect—as in when a person finds confidence in an area, that positivity spreads into other spaces and relationships in their life. I love that aesthetic surgery helps kickstart and build that surge of self-assurance.
I also believe in collaboration, as it’s the core of medicine and success in the operating room. I’ve had the privilege of training and working with two former presidents of The American Society of Plastic Surgery and the former president of The Rhinoplasty Society. I also served as the Chief Resident at Baylor University and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Feb 20, 2026Dr Hunter is truly amazing and one of the kindest humans you will ever meet. From start to finish the experience has been phenomenal. After my initial consultation I knew Dr Hunter was the doctor for me. I went into the consultation not knowing if I even wanted to have a Tummy Tuck. He answered every question I had and made sure I knew my choices and options. After leaving the consultation I knew Dr Hunter was for me. On surgery day he made sure I was well prepared and his team and him took such great care of me. Now 7 months post surgery, I am amazed on the transformation. He seriously works his magic. He restored my confidence and helped me get back my pre-kid figure. I highly recommend Dr Hunter and his team. You will not be disappointed! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

Feb 3, 2026Such wonderful staff! Emily at pre-op appt, Hailey immediately pre-op, and of course Dr Roughton! She even told me funny, humble stories about herself while drawing on my naked body (to calm my nerves) haha. Everything went smoothly and Dr Roughton patiently answered my questions and looked at my “inspo pics.” Now, I look forward to my follow up appt in 5 days!! I had a tummy tuck w/ muscle repair, breast lift and augmentation (after growing and feeding 5 babies, this is my gift to myself!)
