Had surgery April 15 ! I arrived at 7:45 am, sat out in the lobby for a bit, and then was taken back, but apparently the lady in pre-op forgot about me for 45 mins. Thankfully, the 2 travel techs who helped with the procedure walked by and got me situated. The provider and the 2 techs who performed the procedure were awesome, I loved them. They kept my pain under control, answered my questions, and we simply talked about everything. After the procedure, I received a goody bag (for previously having to reschedule due to weather) and left. Well, after surgery, no calls, no texts, just to see how I was doing the days after. Post medication taken as prescribed, but I ran into issues with the scabs on my scalp (recipient area) not falling off and intense burning, itching, and small bumps (donor area). I had to look up information online, found it to be folliculitis, and took the proper steps to help address it. I finally got a text 1.5 weeks later to schedule a tele-appointment that Wednesday. I confirmed the appointment, after no tele call at the scheduled time, via text, I pointed out nobody had contacted me and was told the doctor was running behind. Well, Wednesday came and went last week, so now I am post-op 3 weeks, with no follow-up.

Dr. Jindal and his staff have been great. Kelly is a joy and makes you feel so comfortable. Mira is very sweet and takes time to answer questions you may have. Dr. Jindal is knowledgeable, kind and has an excellent bedside manner taking the time to answer all your questions and address your concerns. I could not be more happy with my experience with his office and caring staff. If I could give more stars I would. I will return to him for concerns in the future as well. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Dr. J and his staff are top notch! They all makes themselves 100% available to you, for whatever you may need. Kelly at the front desk makes you feel welcome and special. I could not imagine having anyone else do the work on me that Dr. J did! I did it all, mid brow, lateral brow, lip lift, deep plain face and neck lift. Was not in pain, and treated as an individual, not a number, and there was not a cookie cutter approach. Dr. J is a true artist when it comes to facial rejuvenation. They’ve become an extension of my family. Even though I’m still healing, l had quite a bit of old filler that had to be addressed, and the work he put into me was a lot. I’m excited to see where I’ll be in a month.

I loved my experience at JIYA cosmetics with Dr. Jindal!!! He’s nothing short of a miracle worker. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in facial surgery, I’m absolutely loving my results! Thank you Dr. Jindal and team for your support, advice, and professionalism. Wow! What can I say about this wonderful office? Firstly, Kelly, the office manager is so welcoming answering all my questions pre- and post-op. She went above and beyond in helping me! Dr. Jindal is fantastic. A true facial artist. He took care to be perfect in the prep of my procedure, drawing lines and marking my face. Now at Day 1 post-, I can begin to see just what a beautiful job he did! His anesthesiologist is very kind, caring and genuinely wonderful. I felt safe and at ease. The check-in nurse was thorough and personable setting my mind at ease. I am sure when I have other facial procedures, I'll be returning to JIYA.
