My procedure was explained in detail, which I like and also during, which is calming for me. The practice is full service, esthetic services in combination with surgical expertise. The staff and doc are all great, very friendly and professional.

I bought a package and was told it didn’t expire. I informed them that I lived over 2 hours away and could not get here easily but would use the package when I could. Several months past and snow was an issue. I asked if I could get reimbursed. They said no. Which is fine. Not the issue. The medical billing person called to over explain why I could not get reimbursed. Which I did not ask for. She was also a manager and came off condescending, rude and talked over me when I tried to speak. She tried to impress me by using her detective and tech skills saying I knew the rules because she sees that I check my emails with their promotions. Umm no. I was suckered into a lame package by the front desk on my out out of a treatment. Unfortunately the botox treatment I had received from them left my face uneven and was told by friends that it looked like I had a stroke. Uneven brows, sunken eyebrows and overall symmetry was off tremendously. My cheeks also bruised but that was the least of my problem. My issue was… the treatment was bad. Face was off. But also the customer service was atrocious. The young lady was almost bullying me and she caught me in some lie or something because she insisted that she knows for a fact that I read all of their promotions and all of the fine print? I did not read your promotions lady. I never read any promotional emails from anyone. All these people are trained to do is, bully their customers and avoid any accountability. Now I have a credit at an office that makes me look like a cyclops🤷🏻‍♀️ And a bad taste in my mouth by their stellar “medical biller” who took pride in trying to prove I was wrong about what I read. I was suckered into a package in person months ago by a friendly lady at the desk who told me it wouldn’t expire as she knew I lived far away. But if it is that important to you to talk down to your customers who may be twice your age… I hope you feel good about yourself. I will look forward to my next visit as I’m not interested in wasting 200 like they hoped I would be. Customer service has been in the toilet for quite some time. This is just another place that doesn’t care about their performance just how many packages they can sell. Some of the ladies are nice but the medical biller/manager was pretty awful to me. Didn’t even allow me to speak as she aggressively talked over me explaining rules she was so sure I read in some random promotion. Get your facts straight before you bully your customer over a measly 200 dollars. However you are not entitled to my 200. Nor do you deserve it.

Thank you for inquiring about my feedback. Overall, I truly trust and care for Dr. Virden—his presence brings me a sense of comfort and confidence that is so important during any procedure. His assistant was like a guardian angel to me: attentive, kind, and calming throughout the process. That said, I did feel somewhat on edge beforehand. I remember the doctor and assistant mentioning Valium as an option to help ease anxiety, and in hindsight, I think taking it might have really helped manage my nerves. The only other challenging part of the experience was the level of pain afterward. I did not anticipate how intense the discomfort would be. When I spoke with others in the office, I wasn't sure if they had undergone the same procedure, but for me, the scar revision was tougher than expected. Despite that, I feel I was in excellent hands, and I appreciate the care and professionalism I received from Dr. Virden and his team.

I had spoke to a receptionist over the phone about a procedure. She informed me that there was a consultation fee of $150.00. I wanted to know the price range for the procedure before I paid for a consultation because if I could not afford the procedure, I would not be out $150.00. She said that I could come in and speak to the Doctor since he was the only one who could quote me. I came in and the other receptionist wanted me to pay for the consultation fee of $150 without knowing any of my conversation with the other receptionist. Since I was there to get a price range, she told me that I Had to pay the $150 or I could not speak to the Doctor. I declined! She then proceeded to charge me for a Cancelled appointment of $50.00. Because of this receptionist, I wouldn’t use this practice if it was the Only one in Nevada…
