Dr. Bailey joined Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons in 2019, bringing his passion for all forms of breast and aesthetic surgery with him.  Dr. Bailey specializes in breast lifts, revision breast surgery, breast implant removal, breast augmentation, breast augmentation mastopexy, and breast reconstruction.  He will frequently combine his breast surgeries with his other passions, body and facial aesthetic surgery.  His surgical skill, understanding of patients’ needs, attention to detail, and gentle, compassionate care have drawn him to loyal patients throughout the Puget Sound region and beyond.  Dr. Bailey’s priorities are the safety and comfort of every patient. Dr. Bailey’s philosophy of care is patient-centered, focusing on informing his patients of all of their options so that they may consider the full spectrum of treatments available to them. 

Additionally, Dr. Bailey trained under the world’s leading experts in microsurgical breast reconstruction.  Along with his practice partner Dr. Trent Morton, Dr. Bailey is one of the few experts in the state of Washington specializing in DIEP Flap breast reconstruction.  Dr. Bailey and Dr. Morton form a formidable DIEP Flap team, always performing these procedures together as co-microsurgeons, maximizing the safety and success of the procedure for all of their patients.

Dr. Bailey has been recognized as a Seattle Met “Top Doc” multiple times, serves as clinical faculty for the Division of Plastic Surgery at The University of Washington, as a contributing editor to the specialty’s top journal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, serves as associate editor of the journal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Global Open, is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, and has presented and won awards at numerous local, regional, and national meetings.
