I was very pleased how much time was given to me on my first appointment. Dr. Amiry and staff were very thorough in explaining to me about my procedures. They will make sure you are happy with your results. On further appointments they encouraged me to come back if there were issues I needed addressed.

The experience was excellent. The P.A., I can't remember her name, was so knowledgeable. I have very thin and split nails, skin barnacles, and inflamed hair follicles on my head. I was given 2 prescriptions for the inflamed follicles and resources for the soft and split nails. I highly recommend Reston Dermatology for skin care and needs.

I came here for my eczema and hair loss. After a few months my hair has grown so much and faster from the regimen that Ms. Arnela gave me. My eczema barely flares up anymore. I love this place. 10/10 recommended

I drove 2 hours from Richmond to have an appointment with Leah Waller, physicians assistant who specializes in hair loss and other issues. She is the nicest, kindest, smartest, supportive and most genuine medical person I have ever met. I literally cried happy tears after meeting with her. She treated me with so much respect and understanding. I consider it an absolute gift that I found out about her. She is the first medical person to take me seriously. It’s beyond a relief to have met with her today. She is on a journey with me. She’s willing to do as much as possible to help me find the root cause of my concerns. She didn’t treat me like cattle filing through the practice with dollar signs over my head - like a couple other dermatology offices in Richmond did. I could truly go on and on about her! I also have to mention the amazing office staff. They were so friendly and kind and welcoming. Smiles all around and seemed genuinely happy to see me there. Especially the young man who checked me in. Never once was I shown a list of their products to buy to replace everything I use - like I experienced at a very well known dermatology office here in Richmond. I felt like an individual at a regular doctor’s office. Not like just another “customer” to talk into purchasing expensive “clinic products”. The experience was well worth the 2 hour drive! I can’t wait to go back.

My advice to all if you don’t want to ruin your credit score find a different place. It’s been 3 months since I received a bill. It’s a small change a bit over 50$. I paid it two weeks ago after speaking to my insurance. And can you believe it or no Reston Dermatology have sent my bill to Collection. And today after paying my bill I have a collection twice as big as bill I paid two weeks ago, and Reston Dermatology can’t even help me. I’ve been there clients for past 4 years. But of course there is no loyalty or adequate wait time if it comes to money. My advice to all if you don’t want to ruin your credit score find a place that values long time relationships with clients not fast money. I won’t be returning for sure. Very disappointed.
