THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE, the Ophthalmologist that owns it is CRAZY and DISRESPECTFUL! I do not recommend you spending your time and money with them. I have never felt so uncomfortable, I will not be returning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacqueline Co for over 20 years, and it’s disheartening to see negative reviews about her. If you’re looking for a doctor who sugarcoats diagnoses and tells you only what you want to hear, there are plenty of them out there. But if you want an honest, no-nonsense opinion backed by more than 30 years of surgical expertise, there is only one choice. Too often, people overlook the most crucial aspect—Dr. Co’s exceptional skill in the operating room and her unwavering commitment to precision. She gets it right the first time, every time. Each patient has unique medical needs that may become more complex over time, and this is where her experience truly shines, setting her apart from most others in the field. Don’t settle for comforting words—choose proven expertise and excellence. After all, you only have one set of eyes, and they deserve nothing less than the best care. Dr. Co, thank you for your dedication and expertise over the years. I look forward to seeing you again soon." Sincerely, csp

Dr Co is a skilled eye surgeon and has done both my cataract surgeries with excellent results. She continues to moniter my eyes and ensure good eye health. I would recommend Dr. Co for eye surgery or opthamology.

Literally run away from this place. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Accompanied a family member to their appointment and witnessed the worst physician in the Dallas area. Jacqueline Co is extremely rude, condescending, and impatient. She speaks to you as if you’re suppose to know professional medical terms and also went to medical school. After care instructions for a patient’s cataract surgery was incomplete. She indicated frequency for medication as “4x daily”, but when asking her in what intervals and how many drops at a time she responded “every 2 hours, 1 drop ALWAYS” with a condescending demeanor as if patients are supposed to just magically know. There are many other instances that I could be listing but as seen on other reviews, this should be enough. Also, there is a dog roaming around freely in between rooms and across the office. As much as we like dogs, this is not sanitary and poses as a potential medical risk in a clinic setting.

I found out today that a laser procedure Dr. Co performed on me 11 years ago for glaucoma (which is what I was told at the time) was not medically necessary...

I was with Dr Co from the beginning of her practice around 40+ years ago. In the last few years she became impatient, rude, and irritated if you asked any questions. The only reason I continued with Dr Co is because she had performed many eye procedures on my eyes over the years and I was hesitant to start over with a new doctor. However, once I went on Medicare she chose not to accept it; putting me in a situation of having to start over with a new doctor at 74. She has no loyalty to her patients.

I've been a patient of Dr. Co's for several years. She is thorough and compassionate and they have dogs in the lobby!
