Dr. Joshua Lemmon is a board-certified plastic surgeon who joined the Regional Plastic Surgery practice in 2007. He has been selected twelve consecutive times as one of the best plastic surgeons in Dallas and seven times in Collin County by his peers and D Magazine. His practice is focused on both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, and he performs over 1,000 surgical procedures every year.

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Lemmon received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and was an Academic All-American football player for the University of Dayton Flyers (Dayton, Ohio). In 2001, he earned his medical degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

In 2006, Dr. Lemmon completed an integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He then completed additional fellowship training in Surgery of the Hand, Upper Extremity, and Microsurgery at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Lemmon has presented at national meetings and has been published in peer-reviewed national journals. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery.

Dr. Lemmon specializes in advanced surgery of the hand and wrist, as well as advanced microsurgical reconstruction of the breast, head and neck, and extremities. He has one of the largest practices for microvascular breast reconstruction in the DFW Metroplex (including DIEP and perforator flaps). His reconstructive patients frequently comment that “his compassion and professionalism make their cancer journey smoother than expected.”

Additionally, Dr. Lemmon is a very talented aesthetic surgeon. He performs cosmetic procedures on all areas of the body, including breast augmentation and breast lift, tummy tuck and body contouring procedures, as well as surgery after massive weight loss. He has a special interest in facial aging and cosmetic surgery of the head and neck, including facelifts, eyelid surgery, and non-operative treatments.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Irais! I was always nervous to try Botox or fillers because I was afraid of not “looking like myself.” She has completely changed that perception, and I am so glad I trust her with my care. 100 percent satisfied with fully tummy tuck done by Dr Joshua Lemmon January 2025. 44/m ———————————————- I lost a tremendous of weight over the course of several years through life style changes a vigorous exercise. When it became clear to me that no amount of hard work would tighten up lose skin, I decided to look into surgery, something I couldn’t have imagined myself doing a few years earlier. I looked into a few other types of procedures but was immediately put off by what was clearly excessive greed and zero interest in who I was as a person. I called Dr Lemmon’s office on recommendation from my primary care physician and was immediately put at ease. I went in for a quick, easy consultation, was given a recommendation, and never once felt pressured. Pricing, timing, expectations all 100 percent clear. Janice, the care coordinator was extremely flexible with my schedule and held on to a quote for close to a year while I dealt with a loss in my family. The procedure was quick (I don’t remember anything!) and I was immediately happy with my results. No more love handles, no more gut, just a nice flat stomach. It has actually been an even greater source of motivation to keep in shape because I can se all of the efforts of my hard work. The recovery process took about 6 weeks and any questions or concerns that I had were answered immediately. Everyone I have shown my results to have remarked on what an incredible job that was done. Just nine days after undergoing a double chin reduction, facelift, eye lift, and eyebrow lift, I am already thrilled with the results. The surgeon's extensive knowledge is truly extraordinary, and witnessing my transformation has been mind-boggling. I've gone from feeling like "Jabba the Hutt" to "Frankenstein" to finally seeing a version of myself from 15 years ago—a change that will likely impact my life forever. The entire staff is outstanding, and the facility is impeccably clean, reflecting the world-class quality of this practice. The pricing is fair, especially considering the level of care and results. I was also grateful to receive a 5% discount for my 22 years of military service. Though it's only been a short time since my surgery, I'm already enjoying early morning cycling and feel comfortable enough to go out in public soon. I had both a primary and a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Watamull, and overall, I would not recommend him or his clinic. From the start, the staff and environment felt very sales-driven and pushy, it was clear this was more of a business transaction to them than a focus on patient care. I felt pressured into making decisions quickly, and when I had valid questions or concerns, they were often dismissed or brushed off. After my first surgery, I was left with underwhelming cosmetic results and significant functional issues, breathing was still a problem, and I didn’t feel truly listened to. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned for a revision, hoping for better communication and results. Unfortunately, I walked away from that with the same concerns unresolved. Every visit felt cold and rushed. There was little empathy or transparency. I was even met with attitude when trying to advocate for myself or ask for clarification on procedures or results. There was no sense of accountability, just a constant push to keep coming back and spending more. Bottom line: If you’re considering rhinoplasty, especially if it’s your first, do your research and find a surgeon who genuinely prioritizes patient outcomes and care. I wish I had gone with someone who saw me as more than a number and took the time to get things right the first time.

Dr. Rapp is the best hand specialist I have ever known. I went in with an issue. X-rays were taken and read. He discussed with me the issues that were happening and then discussed the different treatment options. He and I made a decision on course of treatment and then he made sure that I knew and understood what the treatment option would entail. After execution of the treatment I was on my way. He has an unbelievable bed side manner and is a very talented specialist and surgeon. I highly recommend him to any and everyone who needs a hand or plastic surgeon!!!!!
