Dr. Lynam moved to Richmond, Virginia, to attend The University of Richmond. Following a tradition of European training in maxillofacial surgery, he studied and obtained both a dental degree and a medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Lynam completed a residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery. With a strong desire to operate on all parts of the body, Dr. Gregory T. Lynam completed several years of general surgery training before entering the plastic surgery training program at the Medical College of Virginia.

Dr. Lynam was voted one of Richmond’s “Top Docs” in plastic surgery and one of Richmond’s “Best Plastic Surgeons to take you back 20 years” by Richmond Magazine in 2010. Additionally, he is known as an expert plastic surgeon on RealSelf and was honored as one of the Top 100 Doctors on RealSelf in 2013.

Richmond Surgical Arts, Inc. was founded by Dr. Gregory T. Lynam in 2003; his office is located at 8720 Stony Point Parkway, Suite 100. Dr. Lynam has served as Chief of Medical Staff at Stony Point Surgery Center, Richmond’s preeminent outpatient surgical facility. His office is located near Stony Point Surgery Center.

The Skin Rejuvenation Center is attached to Dr. Lynam’s office and it specializes in skin rejuvenation procedures including chemical peels, state-of-the-art laser treatment procedures, and a full line of medical-grade skin care products. Our skin care providers are expertly trained and deeply experienced in advanced procedures.

I wonder how I didn’t write my review year ago after I did my surgery with Dr. Laynam and he’s the reason for my happiness and self confidant back to me. The staff are so nice and Professional. In their hand your skin and body shap is safe. I highly recommended Richmond Surgical Arts.

Please do not hesitate to make an appointment for a consult if you are on the fence. Dr Lynam is not only surgeon but a magician ! I was very self conscious about the way I looked after child birth and once I got a consultation from the doctor and scheduled my surgery I was on my way. I’m 2 weeks post op now from my mommy makeover and everything fits me so well. My whole family loves the way I look and I’m so happy and satisfied with the care I received and my results. Dr. Lynam is a wonderful physican and surgeon. He will tell you at your consultation what looks good on your body depending on your body type. He’s all about safety and will make sure whatever you’re looking into will be a safe procedure. He really knows what he’s doing. Also , he called me after the procedure as well as his other staff. I can’t begin to explain how safe I feel under their care and instructions given by all the nurses and Dr.Lynam. Lauren , his nurse , is always one call away when I’m not sure about which medications to take or when I start my wound care. I appreciate all the staff that has helped me. Forget a trip to Miami , come to Richmond surgical arts !!!!

Consult was wonderful and I walked away feeling good vibes and I was very impressed. The staff was warm and welcoming. The office is clean and nicely decorated with a warm yet vibrant decor that's very classy and well done. Dr Lynam was very knowledgeable, personable, humble, transparent, and relatable.

Richmond Surgical Arts and Dr. Greg Lynam are TOP NOTCH👍🏻. They keep abreast of the most up to date techniques, procedures and equipment. Beautiful office & super easy parking.
