Dr. Almonte is a gifted surgeon who brings a unique style and artistry that comes from years of practice and studying masters in plastic surgery. His practice philosophy is centered around excellence in patient care and diligence in patient safety. He is one of the only surgeons in Sacramento that has dedicated 100% of his practice to cosmetic surgery of the face.

He believes that this focused concentration leads to superior knowledge and expertise in facial rejuvenation. He is also one of the very few surgeons who has mastered the art of performing facial cosmetic surgery completely under local anesthesia. This is known as Level 1 anesthesia, a technique that significantly reduces the risks of undergoing cosmetic surgery. Using this approach, he has safely performed over 7,000 facial operations, which include facelifts, brow lifts, eyelid surgery, neck lifts, liposuction, fat grafting, and skin resurfacing. He is also an expert in the fine art of facial sculpting using injectables such as Botox and fillers. While centered in the Greater Sacramento area, Dr. Almonte has patients from all over the United States that seek his expertise and care.
