Dr. Samuel J. Roy is a board certified plastic and oral surgeon serving the greater Salisbury, North Carolina area. In practice since 2006, Dr. Roy is dedicated to providing excellence in patient safety, care and results.

Dr. Roy attended State University of New York at Buffalo where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology. He then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Following receiving his D.D.S., Dr. Roy completed a General Dentistry Residency at Albany Medical Center and Oral and Maxillofacial Residency at the University of Rochester.

After completing his oral and maxillofacial training, Dr. Roy received his Medical Degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He then completed an internship at the University of Rochester followed by a General Surgery Residency. For the next 3 years, Dr. Roy remained at the University of Rochester to complete further Residencies in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Plastic Surgery, where he also held position of Chief Resident of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Chief Resident of Plastic Surgery. Before opening his practice in Salisbury, Dr. Roy completed a comprehensive Fellowship in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pennsylvannia, Division of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Roy is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
