Today was my first consultation for my first cosmetic surgery. The receptionist was very cheerful and friendly with excellent customer service skills. The nurse that showed me to my consultation room was also very accommodating and sweet which made me feel very comfortable. I did not like the wait time, it was about an hour with an appointment made beforehand. Dr. Lawton was very friendly and kind, he made me feel very comfortable. What I did not like was that I felt my wants were not being heard.I also did not like that maybe he had too many people scheduled at the same time so he was rushing to finish with me as soon as possible. At the end of your consult you are seen by a patient coordinator. She was very unprofessional to the other staff over the phone. She made me feel small like a i have better things to do attitude. She is the main reason why I will not be returning.She made me feel very uncomfortable. I had such high expectations due to recommendations I received. I was so sad and disappointed.

Going to Dr. Lawton was the best decision I made for my breast augmentation. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough in the consultation. Scheduling, pre-op, and post-op was a breeze with the friendly staff at his office! They were able to answer the million questions I forgot to ask plus some. I am extremely pleased with my results at 3 months out. Everything was explained and done to my preference. In addition to the great service he is affordable as well. All around 5 star service! Highly recommend!!!

Very impressed by Dr. Lawton. Dr Lawton spent 1 hour plus with my daughter and myself explaining the procedure he would recommend for her. He was thorough and informative. He answered all the questions that my daughter had. He was very sympathetic with my daughter’s situation made it easy for us to choose him to do the surgery.

Dr. Lawton is AMAZING! I came in with breast implant illness. Dr. Lawton listened to me, he was sympathetic, and explained to me the best way to do the surgery and why. He took my capsules out from an incision under the nipple. I’m post surgery one year, my scars under my nipples aren’t visible. His staff was sympathetic and helpful making the appointment and explaining what to do and what not to do before and after the surgery. I followed his recovery instructions exactly and I feel amazing! I am so grateful for Dr. Lawton I feel like I have my life back. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any elective surgery.
