I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Stallworth and his team. I had a rhinoplasty along with a deviated septum repair, and the results have truly changed my life. I can breathe better than I ever have in my entire life—no more constant congestion, no more headaches, and I finally know what it feels like to take a full, effortless breath. On top of that, I absolutely love how my nose looks. It’s so natural and perfectly refined, and the best part is that I still look like myself. Dr. Stallworth was incredibly personable, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process—from the very first consultation to the final follow-up. He has an amazing eye for detail and truly listens to what you want. If you’re considering nasal or cosmetic surgery, I cannot recommend Dr. Stallworth highly enough. He gave me both function and confidence, and I’m so grateful. I feel very lucky and blessed to have been under his care!

If I could give Dr. Stallworth and his team at Texas Plastic Surgery 1000 stars I would. When i started researching plastic surgeons, specifically ones that perform facelifts, I sought only a doctor that specializes in facial plastic surgery. For my preference, I didn't want a doctor that performed breast augmentations AND facelifts - I wanted a surgeon that understood the anatomy of the face and if there were specific issues, the physician could also perform reconstruction, if needed. Dr. Stallworth is a brilliant surgeon who is known for his natural looking results. In addition to plastic surgery he also specializes in facial reconstructive surgery - this is one of the main reason I traveled 2.5 hours to meet him and have him perform my procedure. WOW was I blown away with my results. I've had people tell me I look 35 years younger! How is this possible? Dr. Stallworth knows face! Most surgeons I've met "talk to you", not Dr. Stallworth. He's kind and patient and his first question to me was "what's bothering you". He actually listened! He also walked me thru each step and patiently answered all of my questions. The procedure? I don't remember it - LOL. I woke up in our hotel room, swollen and bruised but we were on the road back home the next day. Was it painful, not too bad. Mostly uncomfortable because it was a little difficult to sleep. I quickly learned to adapt and the wedge pillow really helped. I went back to work, albeit at a limited capacity, 5 days later. Dr. Stallworth changed my life. Before, I was an introvert and had problems talking to people but after 1 month post surgery, my confidence has improved 10 fold. Thank you, Dr. Stallworth!!! Dr. Stallworth is amazing! I had dealt with breathing issues since I was a young teenager. Even after a septoplasty in 2005, my ability to breathe seemed to have gotten worse as I have gotten older. I also was very displeased with my profile and nose shape after my first surgery. After some homework on the best plastic surgeons in Texas, I found Dr. Stallworth who was highly recommended and previously practiced as an ENT. During our initial visit, he spent 45 minutes with me and allowed me to explain my health issues and how they had affected my quality of life. I’m two months post-op from my septorhinopasty which included two additional procedures that were necessary to help me breathe correctly. And for the first time in my life, I can breathe like a normal person!! I am so happy with the end results and I am absolutely in love with my new nose!! Dr. Stallworth is a true professional. Thank you, Dr. Stallworth . You changed my life and I will forever be grateful.

I did years of research before choosing a surgeon and I am so happy that I went with Dr. Stallworth!! He was incredible from start to finish, answering all of my questions and being realistic about my expectations. I was nervous about undergoing surgery but now my only regret is not doing it sooner!
