I have had as bad of an experience as one would imagine from the customer service aspect of this doctors office. I in no way am satisfied with my breast augmentation results. I asked for large low natural looking breasts and was left with high sitting fake small looking breasts. That’s not the worst part. I’ve expressed my dissatisfaction with the office and they basically sweep my concerns under the rug. I shared my concerns again publicly and was blocked by the office on all social media platforms. This is THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. There are much better doctors in the San Diego area and sound suggest anyone wake. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS HUMILIATING!!!

It's been a little over a year since I had my rhinoplasty procedure with Dr. Marin. I cannot even begin express my gratitude to the entire staff at Marin Aesthetics for the most seamless process from start to finish. This was my first surgery and the entire staff, particularly Rachelle, Amber, and Dr. Marin were there to answer my questions and soothe my nerves every step of the way. I just passed my one year mark since getting breast augmentation. From the consultation to this anniversary, everything was perfectly executed. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Marin, Amber, Kinzie, and the rest of the staff. Facility: Both Dr. Marin's office in La Jolla and the surgical center where my surgery was performed are immaculate. Dr. Marin's office seems more like a spa than a clinic, and has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. Staff: Kinzie is there to greet you with a bright, contagious smile and amazingly warm personality. She is on top of her game with scheduling and phone call reminders. Amber is the Clinical Director and made me feel comfortable and special, and not just a patient number on a medical form. She was part of my consultation and even showed up when I came out of surgery to cheer me on and check on me -- that meant so much to me. Dr. Marin: Hands down the most professional, honest, knowledgeable, and skilled doc in the game. I trusted him with every aspect of my surgery and he came through for me all the way. He answered all of my questions in satisfying detail before, during, and after my surgery. Results: I cannot be more happy with the size, shape, look, and feel of my new "girls" -- I provided visual and descriptive examples of what I wanted them to look like and Dr. Marin tailored my implants to be exactly that. Expectation = Reality. Tips: Find photos of what you want your results to look like -- the more examples the better. Be descriptive and detailed with your desired outcome. Call Dr. Marin. Ask as many questions as you want to feel completely comfortable with your decision. Relax and get ready for your new adventure!

I have always dreamed of having breast augmentation done. When I began my search for the perfect doctor to perform my surgery I took it very seriously! As a mom of young children and a nurse I wanted to ensure I was in the best hands. After my consultation with Dr Marin I knew he was the one!! Not only is he wonderful but I absolutely love everyone in his office!! I have had nothing but a positive experience from my consultation all the way through to my post op check ups. When I was first researching doctors his work stood out to me right away. His work was beautiful and natural looking. I was also very impressed by his educational background! He was nothing like the other plastic surgeons I had meant. He was not arrogant and unlike others he seemed to really care for his patients and wasn’t just in this field for the money. He is down to earth, kind, explains things very well, and never seems rushed. He always makes you feel like he has all the time in the world to answer any question you may want to ask. Another thing I really enjoyed about him was that he provided lots of information about all the different options and important information to know about the surgery. My surgery and recovery were much more enjoyable then I had anticipated! By the second day post op I was taking only Tylenol not prescription pain medication and by two days post op I was driving and already starting to feel back to myself again. I never had any post op bruising, which always shocks other patients I tell who have gone to other doctors and had very different recoveries then mine. I often tell people I would gladly go through the surgery again cause it is one of the only times since I had my kids that I have been able to lay in bed all day and the pain was so minimal. Now to the best part.... the results!! My breast are better then I hoped for! They perfectly fit my build and height! They are natural looking but full! I wouldn’t change a thing! My scars are not even visible anymore, they have completely faded. I would choose Dr Marin again in a second! I love my results!! His office and nursing staff are amazing!! The facility is wonderful! The anesthesiologist was awesome!! I will be sad when my post op visits are finished and I don’t get to go into the office and see everyone anymore!!

Dr. Marin and his staff are phenomenal! Don't waste your time going anywhere else. I am so pleased with every step of my procedure. From the first time I went in for a consultation to my surgery to all my follow up appointments Dr. Marin and his staff go above and beyond. Their dedication to me as a patient was amazing. I felt important and well taken care of. My results are literally unbelievable. A few of my friends that saw before and after pictures were shocked and thought the pictures weren't real. I feel like my best self. So so so grateful for Dr. Marin and his staff especially Amber!
