I went to Dr K for breast augmentation. While I was half asleep after the surgery, he came into the waiting room and said I needed to run another $3500 on my card for the “extra work” he did during the procedure. I’m not sure what he did because he offered no explanation. The second time I came to him for surgery, it was the same thing. Afterwards when I was all doped up, he asked for another $4000 for unknown reasons. I was hesitant to do this a second time and told him I’d pay $2500 but no more. I was then hit up for paying for extra construction garments, which the nurses had cut and ruined by accident, and I refused and said I had enough here and they gave them to me after I gave a fuss about it. The doctor just wants money and even after the procedure, no aftercare instructions were given. I asked him what I do for care and he told me to search YouTube. This was a big waste of money seeing as I was treated like a number and bled dry for unknown expenses. When I asked him later on to clarify what he did that cost extra, he refused to answer and ignored me. If I’m paying this much for a cosmetic procedure, I at least expect the doctor to be knowledgeable and friendly. I was very disappointed.

Dr Raffy and his team are incredible! I went there for an evaluation of my cut after getting stitches in urgent care. Dr Raffy was honest and told me that I needed to re-do the stitches because the way that urgent care had done them would leave really bad scarring. He also repaired the nerve that opens and closes my eye because urgent care did not reattach this! I’m so grateful that I found him, go here immediately after a large cut and he will help you. And they also do so much more! He is compassionate, kind, and truly made me feel like family even though we had just met. The entire team is so professional and caring.

I absolutely love this place. First of all their facility is so beautifully decorated and clean. It felt so peaceful in there. The doctor and nurses were so kind and made me feel so safe and taken care of. I had a fibrous nasal papule that needed to be removed and they were able to do it so quickly, easily, and totally pain free. I also had some laser hair removal and that was painless and the nurse was so incredibly helpful at answering all my questions. I can't wait to go back!
