Dr. Ridha is strongly committed to the principles of education, research and service in plastic surgery. He has written numerous publications in peer-reviewed medical journals, including The Journal of Hand Surgery, and has presented his research at local, regional and national meetings. Dr. Ridha has also traveled to underserved countries on surgical missions to provide much-needed reconstructive surgery care for children with cleft lip/palate and other congenital anomalies.
Dr. Ridha is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
