His general surgery training was at the University of Texas, where he had special concentration on melanoma surgery and reconstruction at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.

I recently saw Dr. Goldberg for a consultation after a significant weight loss. He looked at my face and really gave me an honest assessment. He explained where he felt he needed to inject botox and what the pros and cons would be. As a plastic surgeon, he understands the bone and muscle structure of the face and he placed the injectables exactly where they needed to be for optimal results. I feel strongly that plastic surgeons are the right way to go for injectables as opposed to dermatologists and I plan to return to Dr. Goldberg for other treatments because of his competency, artistic eye and his objectivity.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Goldberg and his staff for my recent gynecomastia surgery. From the consultation, to my post operative appointments, I always felt like I was in great hands. Dr. Goldberg is a fantastic surgeon, professional and extremely thorough. He provided detailed explanations about the procedure, addressing all my questions and concerns, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. The staff at Dr. Goldbergs office was equally impressive. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. On the day of the surgery, the atmosphere was calm and reassuring, which helped ease my nerves. I’m 6 weeks post op and I couldn’t be happier with the life changing results. I would highly recommend Dr. Goldberg to anyone seeking a cosmetic procedure. My only regret is not going to him sooner.

My daughter's life was utterly transformed after her breast reduction, performed with empathy and high expertise by Dr. Goldberg. She instantly became more confident in her body, more active, and more joyful. He is a perfectionist (and known even by the nurses in the surgery center post-op for being so). He worked hard to reduce peripheral nerve damage, to ensure that milk ducts remained functional, and to provide an aesthetic outcome that my daughter could feel comfortable about. If breast reduction is on your radar, do not hesitate to seek a consultation. He is both a technical wizard and a deeply caring person, everything you could hope for in a doctor. I was moved to write this after reading the article in the NYTimes (20 September 2024) called "The Power of a Smaller Breast," which I believe overemphasizes women's desire to achieve a beauty standard. That was not at all what my daughter was trying to achieve. Her life was permanently altered and improved 3 years ago, and she would do it again, and we would support her again, because she has been able to move confidently in the world as a college student and beyond.
