Born and raised in Illinois, Dr. Ashpole graduated Magna Cum Laude from Illinois Wesleyan University. He then went on to graduate with honors from the prestigious St. Louis University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in General Surgery at Rush University Medical Center and is also Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery. In addition, Dr. Ashpole completed a Hand Surgery Fellowship at Rush University Medical Center.
