Dr Amini is an excellent surgeon. Not the best bedside manner, but is a very skilled surgeon and definitely knows what he is doing.

My consolation meeting with Dr. Albert Amini was so promising. office manager Whitney Bradley’s handling of my employment disability forms was solid and finesse. HOWEVER my appointed surgery scheduler’s inability to streamline and bridge surgical formalities made a full month of hernia discomfort and related treatment fall completely apart. my surgery never seeing the light of day. I cannot recommend this surgical team.

Dr. Pepple is amazing! He is always positive, takes time to explain procedures and options, and genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.

Please review this post before proceeding with an appointment with Dr. Amini or his staff. My experience with him is very, very poor. Almost a year ago I...

Dr Pepple is great, good bedside manner and I felt confident in his abilities going into my surgery for a WLE and SLNB. However, his scheduler (Brittany) was extremely rude over the phone before surgery and afterwards, there really was no follow up or call to check on me or my healing. My post op instructions were a super vague packet from the hospital. This was only my second surgery ever so I really didn't know when to call or if I was being paranoid. Despite my efforts to rest, I busted a stitch because my drain stop working 3 days in, it left me with a huge hematoma, bruising, swelling and a MUCH longer healing time. I was told I'd be feeling good within about 5 days or so and it was a total of 8 weeks before I was even walking normally again. I was scheduled for a follow up 2 weeks post op. I could barely walk from my car to the building. Patients with any sort of leg surgery should be given a temporary handicapped parking tag. I am a mom with a TON of responsibilities. Had I known I was going to be so out of commission for such a long period of time I would have asked for one ahead of time. Most of these issues could have been solved with a call from the office a day or two after surgery.

Surgery went well no major complaints there, but similar to other reviews, beware that after the surgery is done, they don't seem to care about you. I had concerns 3 months after surgery as my incision site felt off and was causing some discomfort and after speaking with my primary doctor he was at a loss for what could be the issue and referred me back to the surgeon who completed the procedure. I contacted the office to make an appointment to be seen. I checked in the day before through the portal, arrived early and was made to wait for 45 mins without being seen, no one came to let me know he was running behind just let you sit and wait for nothing. I had moved my whole day around to accommodate the one slot they had open and had inquired when making the appointment and I was told that it would be 30 mins or less. I had to make my meeting so had to leave. Upon departing the office, they were not very accommodating. They said Dr. Pebble is only in office once a week so I would have to come back in 7 days to be seen again. I'm sure they will send a bill for the visit too which will be great to have to try and fight.

What a horrible experience to end up in the ER after your surgery. Everyday is a nightmare.
