I had minor gynocomastia and it was fully eliminated by Dr Ptak and his amazing team. They are professional and carful. If you want a perfectly done surgical procedure I highly recommend Dr Ptak. I was fully awake Under local anesthetic. He used Vaser lypo with a small Semi circle on the edge of the areola and skin and removed the fat first. Then cut the gland and that embarrassing tissue out. Stitched me up and I looked down after it was done and could already see it was gone and the contour of the chest was now present. I headed home after and was fine. I have had absolutely no pain During or since this procedure. It basically feels like I had a extreme 2 hour chest day at the gym and some soreness but no actual pain. No bruising as well. It is the day after and I feel great. Minor swelling which is normal and draining. From the time I had a consultation to the day Dr Ptak removed the gyno, him and his team were amazing and answered all my questions. Thank you again! -JN

Horrible results after a "touted" minimally invasive procedure with Dr Ptak. Would not recommend him.

9 reviews 5.0 star rating 9/28/2016 Dr. Ptak is my father, but he's performed a gynecomastia procedure on both ariolas. I had hard pieces of male breast tissue under both ariolas, and he did a phenomenal job carefully extracting the pieces, and leaving no scaring. He's also done botox for my underarms as a way to prevent excessive armpit sweating. The procedure was simple and pretty quick, and I experienced 95% armpit sweat reduction for the intended time the procedure works for 6-7 months at time. Board certified plastic surgeon there's no question if you want someone who is the best, you go here. I'm biased but I've experienced his expertise first hand twice, and he's the real deal.

I first met Dr Ptak in 1997 when he gave me (a mom who'd breast-fed 2 li'l angels) the priceless gift of body confidence! I'd been 34a, never happy with the lack of...softness on my 5'10", 120lb frame. He listened to my concerns about looking natural, gave me perfect (no scars/nat'l feel/appearance) 34c's! After almost 20yrs & another(breast-fed) child...they still look amazing! Two of my close friends have had breast augmentation done by him-one fairly recently-they both look amazing as well. Just went in today for my first botox treatment for my laugh wrinkles/crows feet-couldn't believe how inexpensive for a doctor of his caliber. IMHO, Dr Ptak is a cosmetic genius who will never push unnecessary procedures or make you feel...old/ugly (unlike several others who shall remain...nameless!).
