Profile

Dr. Ross Stutman is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He specializes in cosmetic, oculoplastic (reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the eyes), and general reconstructive plastic surgery.

Originally a native of Los Angeles, Dr. Stutman completed his undergraduate studies cum laude at the University of Arizona. He then moved to Chicago, where he recieved his Medical Doctorate (MD) from Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine. He was selected directly after graduating from medical school to begin his plastic surgery residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.

Dr. Stutman served one year as Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. After completing all required training in plastic surgery, he elected to continue his education by completing an Oculoplastic and Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship with Dr. Mark Codner in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Stutman is one of only a few Plastic Surgeons in the United States to complete this specialized training.

Dr. Stutman returned to Arizona to begin his practice and bring his unique skills to the valley. Dr. Stutman has given presentations at several national medical society conferences, authored numerous medical journal articles, actively participated in plastic surgery research, and has received numerous awards for his research and patient care. He currently serves as a peer reviewer for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal (Journal of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (Journal of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and European Association of Societies of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery).

Visited This doctor 3 times and had full blown cysts on my face after each visit with PUS coming out! I was in pain for weeks, my face was red and could not sleep. Unable to reach him for days and when I finally got him I was told everything was normal despite having a large cyst next to my nose...Very thankful I found a more qualified provider who actually cares about her patients. Stay away from his office.

Best botox and cheek fillers in the valley! I went to Dr. Stutman on the recommendation of a friend. I had previously had botox by a med spa and one by a plastic surgeon in the past. No one has been able to give me the results like Dr. Stutman. He is very knowledgeable about the muscles of the face and was able to "manipulate" my muscles to give me very even brows and forehead. The other times I had botox I was left with one eyebrow higher than the other. He explained to me in detail why this was and it actually was due to me having differences in my brows from my natural appearance. He was able to even them out by altering where and how much he injected. The results actually laster longer than the previous botox I had done. He also put a little juveyderm filler in my smile lines and it also looks great!
