Dr. Molly F. Walsh is one of the three founders of Forma Plastic Surgery, where premier plastic surgery meets and exceeds the desires of its patients. Dr. Walsh is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic surgery and is fellowship-trained with an emphasis on cosmetic surgery of the breast and body, and Breast reconstruction. In her practice, she believes both her cosmetic and reconstructive patients deserve individualized approaches that balance their desires with their overall health needs. Her extensive training and knowledge enable her to apply cutting-edge techniques to provide her patients with natural-looking results that are long-lasting.

Education

Dr. Walsh is originally from Western New York. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Ithaca College and attended medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY. After completing medical school, she relocated to Arizona and finished an internship at Mesa General Hospital. Following her internship, she attended a general surgery residency at Maricopa Integrated Health Systems. Once finished with her residency, Mayo Clinic invited her to participate in a prestigious fellowship to further enhance her formal training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. The Mayo Clinic Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery selected Dr. Walsh as a Mayo Foundation Scholar, a distinction reflective of her dedication to the plastic and reconstructive surgery field. This prestigious position included further training in microsurgical Breast reconstruction at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. After her time at Mercy Medical Center, Dr. Walsh gained an international perspective on all aspects of plastic surgery with a fellowship in Salzburg, Austria, and at the renowned McIndoe Clinic in England. Dr. Walsh’s education and training surpass most in her field, making her one of the most sought-after plastic surgeons in the country.
