Dr. Kleiman is someone I trust wholeheartedly. His caring approach and medical expertise is top notch. I found Dr. Kleiman through my own extensive research when an emergent situation arose. My entire left nasal passage became completely blocked after many months of on and off sinus infections. Dr. Kleiman was caring and precise in his examination and findings. He did a fantastic job with my septoplasty and FESS (sinus) surgery. His staff is unremarkable. Sue, his surgery scheduling assistant, is super knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend!

I don’t recommend Dr. Kleiman at all! I was called back to the room within 5-10 mins but then I sat in the room waiting for about 25 mins before he came in, never did he apologize for the wait and he was so aggressive when he cleaned my ears. I literally kept flinching and saying ouch! He treated me with such disregard! Hours later after leaving his office my ears still hurt!! My ears have been cleaned multiple before and it has never felt like this! Better off going to someplace else!

Bad experience unfortunately - I should have followed past reviews. Dr. Kleiman either did not know, or did not care that I requested my appointment for my tonsils. I get in there, he starts looking in my nose and telling me that I should get plastic surgery on my septum (hmm I wonder why he would want me to get an expensive surgery...) Towards the end of that, I finally said "well I'm here for my tonsils, can you take a look at those?" That process took only 10 seconds, he said "ah, they're fine" and then continued to pitch me plastic surgery. He is a salesman, not a doctor. Having to fight the first claim you make with a doctor is a bad sign. Find another ENT, don't settle for Dr. Kleiman.

Had consultation with Dr. Kleiman on July 21, 2017 for rhinoplasty, hair removal (Groupon deal) and suggestions for under eye darkness. Didn't wait too long to be seen. I am a new patient so I had to fill out paperwork about my desires and medical history. Dr. Kleiman is very friendly. I felt comfortable with the appointment other than a little rushed. Because this is surgery (rhinoplasty) I had a lot to say and ask about it. I don't feel like I had the opportunity to really elaborate on everything I wanted but I do have another follow up "consultation" appointment (August 1, 2017) to discuss the surgery further, costs, before and after photos (possible outcome), etc; along with my first laser hair removal EDIT: I have updated my rating from a 4 to a 2. My laser hair removal process went well. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. I saw great results after my 3 sessions. However, I ended up going to South Korea for my surgery. The total price for the surgery (including using my insurance) was at the high end, based on other estimates I received. I also did not like my experience with the coordinator for surgery. She was pushy and unpleasant to speak with. I have spoke to other clients and some were not pushed to make a full payment weeks before their surgery. I didn’t appreciate the difference in how I was treated. I wanted to go back for more hair removal but I don’t feel comfortable anymore, after the bad experience with the coordinator. I have unused credit with them but I’ll just count it as a lost.

Time management seems to be a continuous issue for this doctor/office. Unsettling, as the appointments themselves feel rushed. One could excuse a long wait if the doctor spent extensive time with patients… Waited 45 minutes for a consult that took all of 10 minutes. Then waited an hour for a second, pre-op appointment. Just to mostly speak to a PA about the procedure. When the Dr. Klein entered, it was as if he had no idea what operation I was having. All my questions/concerns were quickly dismissed. Maybe saw him for 5 minutes. Felt like I was on an assembly line, which is the absolute last thing you want when potentially undergoing extensive surgery. Glad I ultimately went elsewhere.
