​Dr. Sanders received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine at Shreveport. After finishing a six-year residency in head and neck surgery, he completed fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery under world-renowned facial plastic surgeon Dr. Fred J. Stucker.

​In addition to caring for patients at his private practice and on-site surgical facility, SpringLake Surgery Center, Dr. Sanders is an associate professor of facial plastic surgery at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Shreveport.
