Education and Training

Dr. Berhane attended medical school at Addis Abba University in Ethiopia and subsequently journeyed to Washington, D.C. to complete her internship and residency at Howard University. She completed her training as a critical care medicine fellow at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. She is affiliated with the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie, MD.

I absolutely love Dr. B and her team. She did an awesome job on me and my results are fab. She’s very detailed and from the time I walked in her office I felt her energy, she makes you feel like family. What really got me is she looped my arm with hers from the prep room escorted me to the surgical room then right before my procedure when I laid on the bed Dr. B and her staff stood around me handing hands and said a prayer. A prayer that I felt to my soul it brought tears to my eyes all I remember was I started singing and fell off to sleep. Lidia is an awesome aftercare nurse she also was apart of my surgical team. I love her person and she’s very charismatic. I can’t forget to mention Ruggie/Rubbie not sure how to spell her name but she was also on my surgical team and made sure I was okay. My 1st time at Jubilee was 2022 and I didn’t get a contact back after my pre-op, however when I returned in 2024 and told Dr. B she was not happy about that she was apologetic and got me immediately. Dr. B was there even when the ofc was closed when I was in question she calmed me and advised how to deal with what my questions were (belly button). Customer service was also great that’s where it starts because they are the 1st contact. I was so excited to put on a bathing suit which I haven’t had on in years. Still embracing my change and ready for my journey of healing. Please if you’re looking for cosmetic surgery to get that look enhance your beauty, I would recommend Dr. B and her team she is the greatest.

I am glad that l came in contact with JCS for my procedure . Right from the first day Dr B and her nurses staff are awesome, they assured me that I will be fine. At first I exercised fear but I was so sure I needed a change in my life. They were there with me 100% pre and post surgery. I love and appreciate there faith in praying with you before the surgery. I simply adore Dr. B and all of her staff! Very professional but also very warm, welcoming and very caring. Customer service is HUGE for me and Jubliee did not disappoint. Dr B has a lot of experience and wisdom which makes her an ideal surgeon. Complications can happen and why it's important to choose a doctor that not only gives amazing results, but they also give amazing after care in your most vulnerable moments. Any issue I had, Dr B and her staff was there every step of the way, even seeing me on off days. Those little things make all the difference in having a quality experience. I look and feel amazing! Let’s talk about the most amazing experience, established and team. I have received multiple surgeries from Dr.B and let’s just say I am overly satisfied(as you can tell multiple surgeries). Dr. B is an absolute magician in the surgery world. Not only is my results amazing my overall experience was amazing. I want to specifically acknowledge the front desk coordinator Brittany. Brittany was the main reason my cosmetic experience here was amazing. Brittany was extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. At 40 I received Excellent results and care. I had a minor complication NOT due to Dr. B. Infections MAY happen, so please take your antibiotics like THEY SAY! I slacked and ended up with an infection. Even so…they saw me through it! Through it ALL They were extremely caring, compassionate, and professional. They took great care of me through it all. The prices are amazing, the care is compassionate and thorough.She followed up with my surgeon and made sure I was o.k. Make sure to go to your follow ups and do your massages like they STRONGLY advise. I have amazing results and am extremely healed thanks to them.Thank you Dr. B for your expertise and to her and her staff for for being caring and compassionate. Thank you for praying over me before and during surgery. Thank you for playing gospel music to ease my soul before and after my surgery. I’ll never forget that.
